Taming Entry; i found a nadder up by the pond today. She seemed frightened by me at first sight. I brought out my shield just to be safe. She shot a few spikes but i knew how to defend from dragon training. I pulled out a few fish from my bag and handed her one. She liked it but not a lot. She was still nervous about being tamed. So i simply pulled out my chicken i was going to have for lunch and gave it to her. She loved it, but i had no more. So i gave her the rest of the fish. She was still kind of nervous. But not by much. I brought her to the stables back in Berk and set her in a stall just to get use to it. The stall was covered in roses to freshen the place up. When i put her in the stable she looked around than ran to one of the stalls with roses on them. Maybe she likes roses, or just the color. When she was in her stall after a few minutes she started to freak out. The small cramped space didn't fit her well. So i moved her into the empty shed behind my hut and she seemed to like it there but she still was sad. The roses! I rushed to go grab a few and i put them in her stable when i got back. While i was getting the roses i grabbed a saddle. I knew she would hate it so i set it on the ground near her. She sniffed at it and shot spikes but nothing else. I thought she would do more to it but she just stood at looked at me like "what the heck is this?" I also brought more chicken so i gave that to her for dinner and left before i heard a faint whin. I turned to see the nadder looking really sad when i left. I came back and reached out my hand. Then i felt warm, rough, scales. I knew we where friends, and i would name her Rose

Taming Entry; I was walking through the small section of woods between my house and the town thinking it would be safe since we had a dragon attack yesterday. But I started hearing some strange noises, following the sounds I found a deadly nadder! I wanted to run away so badly but the poor thing had gotten its mouth covered in tar, she couldnt open her mouth at all. Going up to her very slowly I talked to her telling her how pretty she was and what a good girl she was, and most of all that she didnt want to attack me with her spikes. My talking to her must of calmed her down because she layed right down and let me get close to her. Reaching out with a rag I began to wipe off the tar the best I could. I was so afraid but I couldnt let the poor girl starve to death. By the time I had gotten all the tar off she had fallen asleep, she looked so peaceful I reached out to pet her. As my hand touched her, her eyes shot open and she jumped up and flew away... It was late now so I decided to just go back home, I started to hear sticks breaking and thinking it was the dragon coming back to get me now that it could eat I started to run. I ran straight into a pack of wild boar. I had my back up . against a tree as the beasts got closer, I closed my eyes not wanting to watch my impending demise when all of a sudden with a loud noise my eyes opened to see the nadder from earlier with her back to me, her wings spread wide, her tail spikes out and ready to attack. She was protecting me from the boars! When the boars ran away she turned towards me and nuzzled my arm making soft chirping noises. She saved me like I had saved her....
