What are Embyre Daemons?

Despite their demonic name, Embyre Daemons more or less have the temperment of you beloved canine friend, they are small creatures that range from cat sized to labrador sized which were created as a peace offering from the demon population to the humans as a sort of 'we promise not to kill you' gift. They are easily kept as pets but often retain some of their daemon traits such as mischeviousness so you must keep a watchful eye on them.

I was playing around with the water colours and the scattering, so have a baby based off of ripples in ponds :3

A bit about this Daemon, they have an grey flame which means they are 'frequently sad, quiet and submissive' and because they have a darker grey flame they are strong in each of these traits but have a little leway to be more one, less the other etc. It's up to you.

What would make them happy?:

For Lachlan, inconspicuousness is happiness, and inconspicuousness is lurking just below the water of lakes, where he blends in. Fitting in with the crowd had never seemed a strength of his- Lachlan always felt he was being stared at, even if that wasn't so. However, among the ripples of water, he feels safe, because he's elusive- what was that? What did you just see? In a moment his shape fades into the background of blue.
There is more happiness within it than hiding away, though. When other creatures come by to play in the water, he is able to quietly watch them without gaining their attention. Seeing them have fun is fun for him too, even if he feels a little left out at times.

Another thing that lightens Lachlan's mood is his dream to sail on a ship. He wouldn't mind being the lowly cabin boy, as long as it meant a place in the middle of the ocean blue- but that is something to pursue another time...

What would make them happy?: Sawyer tends to be more on the brooding, dark side. He has a nostalgic personality and enjoys reflecting on good things that have happened before, and reflects on horrific events in the past as well. He keeps to himself and is very shy: Sawyer doesn't really have any friends. If someone tells him to do something, he'll bow his head low and scamper away. Despite his quiet personality, he's a very dedicated worker and can finish a job well if he puts his mind to it. However, he can feel happiness: He feels happy when he settles down with a good book [sorry, I just realized that I'm personifying him a lot like a human!]. Since he has no company in real life, he enjoys being swallowed up by the fantasy and idealistic world of kings and queens, dragons and fairies. He'd much rather live in a fantasy than real life [real life gave him unrealistic expectations for the real world which is part of the reason why he is so sad all the time]. When he reads, he lets the words wash over him like music and is immersed in a fantasy world.
