Why does it have the Golden thread?;;

Canya lives in the dry forests of Arizona, where alot of treasures are hidden.
Her golden thread isn't just gold thread, it's pure golden thread. How did
she find it? Canya was hungry and desperate for food. She hadn't eaten
in days and was desperate for food. Canya hopelessly flopped on the ground.
She then saw something shiny, glowing in the sun's powerful light. Canya
knew it wasn't food but went to look anyways. She dug deeper into the sand
where she had seen the shine and pulled out the threads. Her instincts told
her it was useless to a Poculum Warg but she loved how it shimmered in the
blazing sun, so she put it on her horns and feathers, and never took it off.
