Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.
Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.
Variety: Normal tail, Tear facial markings. Spotted nose / pawpads.

Personality: He has a lot of bags under his eyes and mostly disappears into the shadows these days. He doesn't talk much and seems to spend most of his time worrying about his own survival. He's quite mysterious and aloof, he doesn't seem to have any traveling partners and likely has roamed alone for a long while.
Accessory: He wears a worn, old, battered cloak. It's very old and has likely had a lot of use. It seems to be built for all terrain, it has spots of wear from what appears to be sandstorms, as well as cracks from the freezing cold. It has an odd stench that seems a bit familiar in a weird way...
He carries an old satchel that looks vaguely familiar but has been patched up beyond recognition. It has many assorted patches of cloth, and the bag has likely been used for years.
Inside this bag, he has a set of snowboots which seem to have a bit of use. The style is very old. He likely came from a cold environment and/or spends a lot of time in the cold.
He also carries assorted strings, needles, and cloth patches for repairing his bag and cloak.
He has a straw fox doll bound together with leather bands and some blue knick knacks for eyes. Oddly enough, this doll seems to be better taken care of than anything else he owns. Despite his lack of fabrics and worn clothing, he has left the dress it wears intact and taken better care of it than anything else he owns. It's likely very special and reminiscent of a special time in his life or a loved one.
