I didn't actally intend on aging Kai until the 28th of December, my birthday (because I'm sentimental like that) but... I dunno I felt like tonight was a good night. I'm staying up all night, I'm in a really good mood, and I think it's time. It's time for my birb child to grow up and enter the world, and I'm so so proud of how fair she's coming in the past few months. How far we have come in the past few months.
kai my darling, I can't believe this </3 I remember the last few months so clearly, all these times where I worked with you, slowly fell in love with developing out your character. You're so adorable as an adult, and I know you might be scared to enter into the world as an adult (who am I kidding, you're terrified bb) but I swear you'll be perfectly and wonderfully fine // because that's the way this world works.

So, how has this bookworm changed? Has she gotten less shy?
Okay, so tons of stuff about Kai has changed as she graduates from school and starts worrying about jobs. She went to college and majored in English, and has begun to take an interest in the literary arts? She's actually working on a side project, a dystopian novel. Maybe one day she'll hit it big.
For now, she works at a waitress at The Melting Pot, serving fondue to pay for classes and her small apartment. She also now has three sugar gliders, and has stopped being so shy. She's a little more outgoing, and isn't as afraid to try new things. I wouldn't exactly call her extroverted or anything, but she isn't nearly as afraid to talk to strangers (although she's hesitant). She's stopped questioning life and everything in it, and has become much more laid back. Music plays an even bigger role in her life, and she has taught herself to play guitar. For now, she records videos of herself playing and singing covers of songs, and who knows? Maybe one will suspiciously end up online and she'll gain a fan base. She's exploring the idea of songwriting, but doesn't quite feel comfortable with doing it yet.
