Paint-Tailed Pythons(PTP) are a unique breed of pythons that have paint seeping from their tail tips. PTP tend to be slightly smaller than their close cousins, ball pythons, females being around 2-3 feet long and males 1-2 feet long. Hatchlings are dramatically smaller at only 5 inches long.
Pythons tend to be quite intelligent, and PTP are no exception. PTP tend to be quite shy when first introduced to their owners, but will warm up quickly and soon become inseparable. PTP have exceptionally long lifespans, and have been known to live for upwards of 60 years.

Peetrie is a small python who is rather shy and keeps to himself. He's not too huge a fan of attention, although he may get it quite often due to his color and it's beauty. He doesn't bite, though, but he might try to hide. If he ever warmed up to you, he's a bit clingy for body heat and likes to be close in order to have the heat he needs to keep warm. Otherwise he doesn't really become too trusting and just uses you to steal your body heat, heh. The python is fond of crystals and likes to chill around those, coiling around them and making his shiny scales give off more interesting looking colors. He does love to do this a ton, and it's kind of funny when you think of how he passively rejects attention from others even though he also does do things he doesn't realize is attracting attention. Being the solitary python he is, he likes to travel alone and do his own things on his own. Dorking around is also something that Peetrie does when he's alone. If caught in the act while he's dorking around, he might hide in the depths of his coils and will probably hope you didn't see that.
