Introducing a new theme cx



Painted Vaulters! Tolters of this theme have all been trained by top horse vaulters around the world and are being adopted out to new homes to enjoy either more of their career or a period of rest. They are trimmed, clean, and have a slightly lighter frame than regular tolts. You may only have one Painted Vaulter and please don't forget it, so choose yours carefully.

Odin has been, more than once, described as a rock of a horse. His sturdy build and surefooted gaits have earned him a reputation as being an excellent confidence-booster and companion. His time as a vaulter has contributed to this reputation, as he was always good at keeping pace and not wavering at anything.
Odin shies at nothing, but is not an arrogant horse. He would never bat an eyelid at a noisy dog or something unknown, yet this doesn't make him courageous or cocky. Odin is quiet and intuitive in his own way - he has a very calming presence, and one that almost wills respect out of people and horses alike.
Odin, for all his reserved patience and almost lethargic manner, has quite a wit and is smarter than most people give him credit for. At first glance he is an old Tolter, been there done that, but if something were to happen unexpectedly he would guide his rider and others to the safest outcome. He's not stupid, but does not use his brain maliciously like other tolters would do to escape their stable or cause trouble.
Above all, Odin is not one to be messed with. He's not aggressive until he's down to the last straw, having been provoked enough to act, but he would never intentionally hurt a human or Tolter for his own gain or if they didn't deserve it. One of Odin's beautiful pleasures is his forgiving nature, and he has earned the affection of many by being the cool, calm and collected guy he is.

250 word or more personality: Confident and calm, Aurora is any beginning rider's dream. She rarely spooks and is incredibly brave, taking any obstacle with ease. She has a boisterous personality, making herself known whenever she enters an arena by kicking her hooves extra high, getting easily excited. Aurora is incredibly playful, and enjoys tossing around a blue medicine ball. She's extrememly tolerant of most behaviors, including those of children, dogs and cats. Aurora loves competitions and will always put her best foot forwards. While she's not exactly a morning person, Aurora enjoys watching the sunsets from the trail. This mare is more of a pleasure horse than a competitive one, as she will often try too hard in a competition, occasionally leading to injuries. She's easy to train and retains most tricks and information easily and quickly. While she is an easy horse to train, Aurora has a nasty habit of slipping open locks, letting herself into or out of paddocks, and munching on hay that she's not allowed to have. She enjoys causing mischief when she isn't being ridden, one of her more recent escapades including her letting out seven of the stable's horses and parading around several side roads with them, gallopping away from any passerby who tried to stop her and her comrades. She throughly enjoys causing trouble for experienced riders, puffing out her stomach as they tighten their girth, but Aurora is incredibly gentle around young children or new riders. Aurora adores warm mashes, and, along with her other mischevious adventures, is frequently found in the feed room, oats and bits of grain hanging from her muzzle with a guilty expression on her face.
