When Austin first arrived he was very cautious but inquisitive about his new surroundings. Kruger (the owner of the yard) offered to walk around the huge horse himself. After a while Austin seemed to approve of the place and its other residents and staff, he has become the yard favourite and is always the one that kids run up to and give treats. Despite this he hasnt spooked or become nippy and wanting treats every 2 seconds. He really is an amazing horse, he shows off himself in the fields, prancing around like a foal but is self aware of his size and the damage he could cause to others if he went crazy so he didnt let himself get riled up even in mares season.
