OvercastKid's Twilight Beautiful Lie 'Frost'

This was a very fun horse to color. XD I made him a minimal overo, but everything is on a separate layer, so please feel free to tell me if you don't like anything. :3 Anything and everything can be taken off or changed however you would like. ^-^
