What is a Light Collector?

A Light Collector, or LC for short, is a small mystical creature who eats or ''collects'' forms of light. Their favorite snacks are always light which is the same color as their glow. This glow appears on a baby Light Collector's tail at birth as a light white color that quickly develops its permanent color within a hour of being born. When the baby Light Collector grows its horns as an adolescent, this same glow appears on the tips of the small round horns. But the wonder does not stop at the beautiful glowing tails and horns, as all Light Collectors have the ability to fly even without wings. They are incredibly light, allowing them to float through the air lighter than a feather.

Defying the laws of nature, Gizmo is one of a kind when it comes to intelligence! Her brain knows no bounds. She absolutely loves puzzles, brain teasers, and more! Infact, lots of other LCs don't ask her to play question- related games with them because she will know all the answers. She is kind of a recluse, but is very sweet and opening, often giving to others without ever thinking of receiving. Many flock to her with problems, and being the one to never say no, she fulfills every request. Even at the cost of her own time.


Occupation;;
Gizmo creates robots and artificially intelligent creations. She has an IQ higher than 200, and uses this to her advantage when making said robots. They are often advanced and have minor to no glitches in their system. Her workshop is filled with all sorts of blueprints, from clones of herself to possibly the biggest rocket ship ever to soar the skies. Of course, some of them are only dreams. But Gizmo never gives up on her dreams.

Favorite thing to do in the summer;;
Create solar-powered robots based on all of her friends. With the abundance of light, they are always moving! These Robots are like the ones you see in stores; They sit in one place and dance about. But hers all have a certain... "Spark" that makes all her friends smile every time they see one. They dance about, bringing smiles and even a couple of tears to ones face.

Gizmos creations also vary on the time of day she made them. She doesn't just make them based off of her friends- She also makes them based off of nature. She gets inspiration from her surroundings, and incorporates its beauty into her robots. If its night time, she might make a glowing star for one of her friends. If it's day time, she might make a butterfly that's wings hold the colors of the sky. She is even known to make stormy robots, including a cute little storm loud who is always raining. Occasionally, this robot and many others will have a special secret. If it's sunny out when someone puts the raincloud on their window, a rainbow will pop up over that cloud, and so on. Some even play music!

Favorite thing to do in the summer;;

One of Faren's favorite things to do during the summer is to go to carnivals. they only come around once a year and Faren loves the excitement of the games and all the cute prizes to be won. she enjoys the rides; the fairus wheel is her favorite of them all, she loves the feeling of touching the sky and the stars above. Faren also takes part in the abundant fair food that is offered; she weak spot is for the funnel cake of which she loves to over load with powdered sugar. out of it all; the music, the food, the lights, the rides- Faren waits all year for summer to roll around so that she can once again be part of the late night fun that is the annual carnival.

Esarou's favorite thing to do in the summer is to go surfing. He takes his joy from his
hobby and loves being in any type of water, whether it be the ocean or a swimming pool.

Esarou is a very shy and quiet Light Collector. He is very confident in his choices and usually
never doubts what he choses. He values his friendships with his close friends and is also very
loyal. Esarou is very stubborn and doesn't like to listen to others, but respectshis authorities.

Favorite thing to do in the summer;; Jun loves collecting summer decorations to adorn where ever she decides to settle, and prides herself on her expansive collection of gazing globes. From small ones with transparent swirls, to large with colorful displays of glasswork, she gathers them all, and they're all displayed atop different pedestals and wireworks to show off to others. Among the shiny orbs, you may see little statuettes of randomized animals, usually the kinds who wear amusing bits of clothing or bear quotes she finds inspiring.

From the moment she saw him, she knew he would be different than her other friends. The way he would shyly glance at her from time to time, stutter when he tried to talk, and smile when she cracked a lame joke, made it all too apparent to her. Never the less, it was quite a time before he felt comfortable enough around her to ask about anything serious, and when he did get around to it, he always skirted around the question, as if he feared rejection over the aspect of never being with his true partner. Eventually, to save the poor guy's breath, Jun summoned up her own courage, and asked, cutting off the muttered worried words under his own breath, "-Hey, why don't we go out sometime? It could be fun." A swirl of adoration, shock, and relief crossed his face, and with his gracious agreement, started the path towards the total infatuation between the two of them. As of now, they are happily paired, and Zynx has opened up to reveal a doting, selfless Light Collector that would do anything for his precious 'Jun Bug'.

Friends;;
Avril

The best of friends since meeting each other, these two LC's spend their time together scoping out new decorative pieces and colorful accessories to acquire and marvel at, often overspending and struggling to carry home all of their treasures. They also love watching movies together, and are frequent visitors to the theatres and video stores.

Anora

A fair friend who they, Avril and Jun, often get together with during their shopping expeditions. Anora and Jun met soon after she met Avril.

Dimitri

Responsible for introducing Zynx to Jun, Dimitri is a dear companion to both Light Collectors, and can be seen tagging along with Anora on some shopping trips, usually carrying her purchases and sighing half-heartedly whenever she decides to jump into another store.
