Rukami (Gulo Stantes) are a newly discovered species of bipedal mammals. Though they resemble wolves, they are actually more closely related to the mustelid family, which includes wolverines, otters, and badgers to name a few. Through natural selection, these rare animals evolved to incredible sizes and developed sentient brains along with opposable thumbs.

This guy kinda had a lot of inspiration....Bats, Flying, stuff like that.

For this contest, you need to design them 1-3 (no more) feather or flight-related accessories, however please make sure to keep within the species limits! Bonus points if you give a small descriprion/drawing for it. ovo

Why is this Rukami fascinated in flight?;;
Ever since he was a young pup, he used to lie on his back in the grass and watch the birds soar and glide effortlessly in the sky and admired (and still does) their majestic flight patterns. Even though he'll never know what it's like, he's interested in what it's like to fly freely in the bright blue sky.

Item 1 - A very large black feather which he keeps in his neck fluff. It was from a raven which first made him fascinated in flight.
Item 2 - Head guard which he made himself out of bones of dead birds.
Item 3 - The claw of an eagle which is tied to a string around his neck.

Why is this Rukami fascinated in flight?;; When Odysseus was a kit his mother died and her last words were that he would do great things. He never believed that until one day he saw a mother raven teaching its young baby how to fly. At first he thought it cruel because the mother wouldn't help the falling young but then he saw the absolutely beauty when the baby got it and flew high about the sky. He saw the baby had absolute freedom and that it and himself could do anything without the help of a mother he no longer had. He saw the beauty in flying. The bird could see everything and feel the wind surrounding him fully. Ever since that day he has wanted to feel the exact feeling and swore to himself he would.

Item 1 - Feathers. Lots of them! Black, red, blue, and other colors that are naturally found on birds. Except white.
Item 2 - bat skull (found it in a cave) will evidently be replaced by a gift (bat tooth) from a friend that flys)

/ A cloth bracelet around his right front paw, that's decorated in white feathers that are tightly packed together and angled to lay above his fur and pointing up his arm. These feathers aren't all to long or sharp.
Why is this Rukami fascinated in flight?;; He's fascinated with flight because everyone says that spirits go up to heaven, and he wants to know where that is. Why? More than anything, to see the one he loves most again. He also sees flight as a means of total freedom to do and go anywhere. He's truly a restless soul who wants nothing more than to feel the wind beneath his wings- er the wings he wishes he had, and to be in the company of someone he lost again.
