The egg and stuff is lock-alpha friendly, so you don't have to draw an egg if you don't want to. The eye ref is optional, so you don't have to use it if you don't want to <3
You may only gain one RPW from this event, but that RPW you do get doesn't count toward any slots. Even if you have full slots, you can still get one. You can try out for as many as you would like, but only win one of them, so please chose wisely!
