First Touch wrote:It was in the middle of the day, Roselyn looked she be ready to pop within a few hours but seemed she knew exactly what to do, and that she'll be fine alone. I saddled up Roshan and we took off for a ride.

We just got back and was about 3 hours of a ride. I walk into the barn to hear a Squeal of a baby. I hurry in after I tied up Roshan. Looks the foal had just been born too. I gave Roselyn a treat as I walked in to great the young Filly. She was white with green back and brown face and feet. She looked nothing much like either of her parents as for she has far more white than both and lighter green.
I stroked her a bit but had to hurry to unsaddle Roshan and release him.

First Saddle wrote:Milly was old enough to wear tack, but not to be ridden. I decided I get her used to the feel early on.
I gathered her from the paddock, and lead her to the stables and tied her right outside. I brought out the tack and saddled her. She was fairly calm, so I lead her to the round pen to do a little bit of training. I lunged her and I taught her some signals and reining, I even put light weight in the stirrups but not to much as for she was still to young to be ridden.

We did some exercises for about 2 hours, then I decided it was time to cool her off with a calm walk. I decided maybe walk her down the neighborhood and get her used to the noise and traffic. She was a little jump with the start but settle after half an hour of time passed.

After an hour walk we returned, she was unsaddled and I had released her with the rest. I tossed her a snack, and took off to eat , shower and get ready for bed.

First ride wrote:I was a rainy day and I can't find Milly anywhere. I had already placed all of the neravontiis in the stables with their blankets. I decided to take a look outside near the forest to hear that squeal of hers. Luckily I had at least a halter and lead but didn't have a rope. She had gotten stuck in some mud by a tree. So I reached over to put the halter on her then swung the lead around the tree and gave a big pull hoping to help her out. It took half an hour of figuring things out but finally she was released.

I checked her over and she seemed fine, so I leaped onto her back and raced home to get out of the storm. She was nervous at the start but she had an idea of how things went. I at least had a lead rope I transferred into reins to steer her. If I recall this is the first I rode bareback as first ride except for with Apollo. We had finally reached the stables, so I leaped off and lead her in and got a bucket of warm water and a cloth. I gave her a wash down not soaking her, then took a dry towel to pat her dry. I then placed her in a stall.
