Parrapups, or Parras, are an omnivorous, aviary quadrupedal species that originated from tropical areas, but after they were domesticated, they gained more levels of fur and different beaks. All parras spend a lot of time cleaning themselves, and preening their feathers if they have wings. Parras come with a variety of tails and beaks, but good luck finding one that does! Having a large gene pool Parras also have the chance to show some mutations. They come in a large variety of colors including bright neons and dull greys. All parras are a very social in some way and love to whistle, sing, and chatter to others- Parra or not!

This Parrapup, unlike their normal days has ended lost in an eerie forest. Their breath puffs in front of them with each exhale of the chilled air. With their luck they just happened to be carrying a special lantern. *Snap* another branch breaks in their path, and suddenly they feel an itch at the back of their neck. Like some one or something is watching them. A few more steps and they swear they saw the same tree 10 minutes ago. To ease their mind off the terror, they start to whistle, but the air gets denser, and the fog ahead is darker.

Sparrow continued to whistle.A cold wind drifted through his feathers and blasted his face.He covered his face with his wing and shivered.The whistling never stopped but it was quieter.Though it was of his best efforts to stay brave he found that to be a rather difficult task.Suddenly,he heard more snapping of branches and the path ahead of him seemed to grow 100 miles longer!All the same the dark shadow that was fear swirled throughout his mind.His fluffy ears perked and he stopped in his tracks as he heard an eerie singing voice behind him.
"Ring around the rosie..." sang the eerie voice.
"Pockets full of posies..." Its getting closer!
"Ashes...Ashes.." Oh dear god.... the darkly feathered Parrapup winced as he heard a giggle and more footsteps.
"We all fall.." Sparrow closed his eyes,tears pouring from them. Its over.. he thought solemnly to himself.The strangers hot breath could be felt on his neck and he tucked his tail between his paws.
"Down!" the voice whispered mysteriously into his ear.Cold claws lightly touched his cheek and he opened his eyes,pupils growing large.Slowly his face turned and all he saw was neon green glowing eyes.Just as the cold claws crept down to his neck,he closed his eyes and then woke up in bed.Light shone into his tired eyes as rain pattered against the window.
"W-wha..?" he mumbled tiredly,feeling sweat beneath him.As he turned over to go back to sleep he swore he saw green eyes in his window.

Quake stopped whistling to stare at the tree. Nervously he looked round, his eyes trailing over darkness and the fog that was slowly thickening. He had no clue which way was the right way to go...in fact, why did he even go in this forest in the first place?
Quake let out a small hiss, he usually let's out hisses when he is scared or nervous.
He nervously approached the tree glanced around. Nothing.
Suddenly a loud, screaming sound came from somewhere in the forest, causing Quake to drop his lantern and cry out. Suddenly everything went dark as the wet ground and cold wind blew the flame out.
Quake cried out again as he desperately searched for his lantern, upon discovering it he tried his best to think of a way to re-light it. He had no matches...he thought he would be in here quickly. He had no flint. He had nothing.
Quake then began shaking as the cold finally reached him. He felt so small in this large forest and he was lost. Would he ever find his way out?
Quake let out a small moan as he shut his eyes. He then picked up his lantern and shuffled over to a tree, laying down and curling up into a tight ball to try and get warm.
So cold...he thought to himself, maybe if I fall asleep...morning will come...and...I'll be saved...
Soon the cold, lost Parra drifted into a sleep that he should of never had as a dark shadow cleared through the fog, and watched him sleep with glowing, hungry red eyes...
