Pʀᴏʟᴏɢᴜᴇ;; Hello I'm Neroro. I currently own three beans; Pokey, my only won bean, and his two children; Roxanne and Ianto. I have tried for many beans in the past but have failed each time no matter how hard my attempts were. Hopefully those losses will have taught me to make my forms better and only get me closer to my goal of winning another bean. I hope to show my love for this girl that I may take her home as my own. I do not plan on changing her name as I think it's a perfect name for her and the character I've developed for this form.
Now, to explain the format of this form. The character I have developed for her is an author. Donna writes books to escape the harshness of reality. In light of this the form will be in a book format, starting with the "Pre-word"; which is used to introduce me as the contestant, "About the Author"; which will introduce Donna to you and give you a taste of her character; "Shouting at the Universe"; a short story written by Donna staring herself, and finally the "Epilogue"; which will contain my ending words and condolences. Thank you so much for reading my form and considering it in this contest. So I hope you enjoy as now we will begin.

Aʙᴏᴜᴛ ᴛʜᴇ Aᴜᴛʜᴏʀ;; Donna is a nineteen year old female with a talent for writing. Being an independent bean she lives on her own with her two cats, Bramble and Sasha. Before becoming a writer her career consisted of temp jobs. One of which working as a librarian for six months where there she learned the Dewey Decimal system in two days. Donna tends to have a sharp tongue and hair-trigger temper, snapping at others when aggravated. She does have her quieter moments which shows a side of Donna that is more level-headed and perceptive. Sometimes she thinks of herself as unintelligent and persistently referring to herself as "only a temp", when in reality she's quite intelligent. Though she has a temper her personality holds a quick and dry wit that often comes out, usually the smart remarks surfacing when angry. But upon digging deeper her fiery temper hides a deep well of compassion, which wasn't hidden in childhood. Donna's brash attitude arose from her belief that she's unimportant due from the fact that all her jobs have been only temp jobs and none that have been steady. But upon writing stories and letting her mind sweep her away to galaxies she could escape this and become someone else. A hero. In her stories she felt she could be heard. As they got published and more people enjoyed her work she felt a joy that her words were finally being heard. No longer did she feel the need to shout just to be heard. {word count: 249}

The female bean stood out on the open plain. Her claws clicked on the dry dirt under the pads of her feet as she walked through the dry brush. Life was unpleasing, or for her at least. She was unsure as to where she was going, but it was something that didn't matter. As she walked on, her mind buzzed with uncertainty. All throughout her childhood she had been certain of herself; get a job, find the love of her life and have a happy family. But now she wasn't sure. She didn't have the job, or a steady one at least. She still had yet to meet the love of her life. And family? That obviously wasn't going to happen any time soon if the second hadn't happened yet.

A growl escaped from her throat as angry tears stung her eyes and ran down her cheeks. She wandered around and stopped on a small rise. Looking up the stars blinked down upon her. Each star twinkled and shone its own unique way. To the female they only seemed cold and mocked her pain. Her lip curled angrily at the stars, neck fur prickling up in rage.

"Why do you mock me so?" she breathed out painfully. "Why am I not heard?"

The stars only sparkled coldly in response and she bared her teeth. "OI! WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS!?" she shouted. Hot salty tears rolled down her cheek. No response to her question came from the stars. With a thump she sat down on her rump, quietly sobbing. "Why won't anyone listen? Why am I so.... Forgotten?"

"Who's forgotten?"

Donna whipped her head around to see a large white and redish-blackish bean with sharp, piercing golden eyes. The strange female had a small snout, being half the size of a regular beans snout. A large scar crossed over the top of her muzzle while another was over her left eye. Her ears, which were long and unusually fluffy flicked back and forth. One ear was shorter than the other, looking to have been mauled off. The stranger was more masculine looking, despite obviously being a female, and was unusually thick furred.

"Who's forgotten?" she asked Donna again in her deep masculine voice.

Donna blinked in confusion. Why would this female even cared what she had to say considering they were both strangers to each other.

"I believe that's none of your business." she snorted.

Not saying anything to her snark remark the stranger sat down beside Donna, wrapping her tail around her front legs in a cat like manner. In fact, as Donna looked closer, the bean had so many cat-ish features it was possible she could be mistaken for an over-sized feline.

"It's hard isn't it?" the stranger asked. "Feeling so small and alone." Donna blinked at her statement and looked away. "I don't think--" She was cut off as the stranger continued.

"I definitely find it very hard being alone. So small, compared to... Everything." Donna nodded her head at the words the female spoke. "It is." She replied and looked up with the female at the stars.

"I just want to be heard." Donna said in a small voice as she looked at the vast sky. The size scared her and made her feel tiny in comparison.

They sat there in silence looking at the sky. No words needed to be exchanged as everything already had made clear. They both felt the same way about things and both saw eye to eye on this matter. They were two lost souls in a world so big. These two souls found each other and clung to each other for comfort, just wanting someone that understood.

It didn't feel like long but soon the sun was rising on the horizon. The twinkling stars fading as the suns rays engulfed the sky in it's yellow light. At this the stranger stood and arched her back stretching. Donna watched and she grinned slightly at the sight. Yup. Just like an over-grown cat. she thought to herself as she watched. When the stranger finished she turned her head to Donna.

"Roxanne."

"Pardon?" Donna asked, slightly confused.

"The name's Roxanne." The stranger repeated again. Donna blinked and when it registered she nodded.

"Aah. It's Donna." she said dipping her head slightly. Roxanne grunted in response. "Well Donna, it's been a pleasure." She said as a toothy grin formed on her short muzzle. Donna smiled at the sight.

"Same."

Roxanne studied her for a second before nodding with a grunt and smile then turned, just like that, and left. Donna watched Roxanne's retreating form and a grin tugged at the edges of her lips. All of a sudden, Donna didn't feel so lonely anymore. She looked up at the fading stars with a smug grin.

"Guess I'm not so alone after all." She studied the stars for a moment before nodding satisfied and headed home.

Eᴘɪʟᴏɢᴜᴇ;; Now is the time when you've reached the end of this form. Like all good things they must come to an end. I hope you thoroughly enjoyed my form as I enjoyed writing it and developing my own twist for Donna's character. I give my appreciation for allowing me to enter in this contest. I also give my appreciation to those who looked over my form and story and helped with critiquing. And a special thanks goes to my writers club who greatly helped with critiquing my story. Thank you all.
