they are wasp wings.
they are based on Flubber.
base is semi-transparent, and the bubbles/goop are bright green.
the goop/bubbles move around and change shape/size (it that's okay, if not then they'll stay in the same pattern.)
wanted to do them with Genie's colors, but the blue and gold colors didn't fit well with the purple and black.
