؟ ʋƨɛяиαмɛ ;; Hello! My name is resolution, and I think you've just about created my dream Foxerfly here. I have one gorgeous foxerfly, Keiko, and I'm hoping that you'll give me just a chance for this handsome foxer. I hope you enjoy the form, and here's an early good-luck to your judging.
؟ иαмɛ ;; I would name this foxerfly Miyu. It's a chinese word that literally translates into "riddle", and since it sounds like it could suit a male, or female, I thought it fit him well.
؟ ɢɛи∂ɛя ;; Although this foxerfly has no actual gender, he does prefer male pronouns
؟ αɢɛ ;; Miyu hasn't told anyone, not even myself, about his age, but judging by his size I would say that he's anywhere from seventeen to twenty human years old.

؟ κɛʏ ρɛяƨσиαℓιтʏ тяαιтƨ ;; Confusing, Cynical, Intelligent, Impatient, Fearless, Thoughtful.
؟ ρɛяƨσиαℓιтʏ ;;
confusing
One of Miyu's absolute favorite things to is to confuse other foxerflies. Anything will do, from his tendency to speak in riddles to the
games that only he understands, as long as he sees that look of pure disorientation on the faces of others, he's happy. He's not quite
sure why, but confusing others is just one of those things that makes Miyu feel fuzzy on the inside and results in him bursting out
in a fit of laughter. It's almost as if confusing others is like playing a prank to him.
cynical
This foxer, at times, tends to be a tad bit on the cynical side. He's incredibly hard to convince of ideas other than his own, and this
can also be the cause of him being called self-centered. Truly, he's only distrustful of other foxers, being as very few have ever
taken the time to get to know him, probably because of his confusing speech and his stubbornness towards ways others than his own.
intelligent
Miyu is noticeably intelligent in comparison with other foxerflies. I mean, he really has to be to speak in riddles all the time, but it's
not just that. He was always at the top of his class in any sort of school that he attended, and is especially skilled in solving
things like jigsaw puzzles, sliding block puzzles and brain-teasers.
impatient
The riddler has very very little patience for other foxerflies really. He's plenty patient for work, puzzles, and animals, it's just that
he really finds himself not being able to sit still and wait, especially for the victims of his riddles. That's why if you take a while to
answer one of his conversations, he'll either just say "Nevermind", or simply walk away without a word.
fearless
This foxerfly has no fears. I mean, yes, of course he has a fear or two, I mean; who doesn't, but, not a normal fear.
Heights: no problem. Snakes: easy. Tight spaces: he doesn't mind them at all. Really, you could strand this foxer alone on an
island for a week and the emotions he'd have wouldn't be fear, but probably all that pent up anger from being stranded on
purpose in the first place.
thoughtful
Despite all of Miyu's negative traits, secretly, he is a rather thoughtful foxer. It's one of those things that he'd never admit to
anyone, but trust me, he is. He's the type that, if you tell him your birthday three months before, he'll make himself a note, and
on the day of, you might open the front door of your house to an anonymously left present that he dropped off. His close
friends are aware that he does this, but they go along with it and pretend that they don't know that he does it.
؟ нιƨтσяʏ ;; "It's alright. I'm fine"
Miyu didn't always speak in riddles the way he does now. At one point, he was a perfect, loveable, adorable little child, one that
was showered with love and affection from the people he thought were his parents.
Miyu was born with the name Hamilton, to a pair of parents who weren't always involved in the best positions. His mother
retired from her office job in order to watch over her unplanned newborn, while his father, well, you could say that he wasn't
home a lot. The father figure in this family was a wealthy male, a male who got his wealth from several illegal trades and
creating many scams, allowing for the family to have a nice house with nice furniture, clothing, and even a luxuries such as
a pool and big backyard. Although the parents were both very aware of the source of their money, they kept it a secret from
their little Hamilton, and live continued with very few bumps in the road for seven whole years before things caught up with
them.
One day, in that seemingly peaceful home, something went wrong. Hamilton's father's deal with a hostile group went wrong,
and when he refused to pay them as planned, they decided to take what was most important to the father at the time; his
son. On a quiet, warm summer night, after the family had gone to bed, two shady foxerflies broke into the home through
an open window, and crept straight into Hamilton's room. One knocked the young foxerfly unconscious while the other kept
a look out, then they made a hasty retreat.
Strategically, so that they wouldn't be caught, the kidnappers left the young foxerfly on the doorstep of a small town house.
Luckily, the couple that lived there, a quiet male that was a professor at a nearby college, and the sweet female who
worked as an engineer, were willing to take in the abandoned young male. They soon realized that Hamilton had contracted
amnesia, so they simply molded his mind into thinking that he had always lived in that home, and that his name was Miyu,
a name that the couple had loved for years, even without knowing it's meaning. Those two foxerflies were even the ones to
give him his charm, a question mark, for all of the riddles that he had loved from the very beginning. He lived for several
years there, with the belief that these were the people that had raised him for his entire life.
Miyu's life went on as it normally would have for approximately eight more years until he finally got a hint as to what was
really happening in the household. His parents never did find him and the case was eventually dropped being that it was
assumed he was dead. The young black and white foxerfly would even watch the news channel reports on it, oblivious
to the fact that they were looking for him. But, one night, a rainy, humid night, Miyu was creeping down the hall from
his room to fetch himself a glass of water to help him sleep. He ended up hiding behind the corner of the hallway in
order to listen in on his parent's conversation. The first line he heard was from his father. "You know, that boy
is almost sixteen years old and not once has he even questioned the fact that he looks nothing like us. When are you
planning on telling him? If he doesn't learn now that he's not ours, chances are he'll go on living the rest of his life
without knowing." Then, his "mother" retorted, "Well, why can't he just go on living without knowing? And besides,
what would we tell him, that his parents didn't want him so they left him on our doorstep?"
There was a long pause as Miyu stepped out from his hiding spot in the shadows cast off of the walls. And, well, for the
first time since that couple had taken him in, they were seeing this usually strong foxerfly cry, tears silently flowing down
his face. and as his mother opened her mouth to explain, many would say that this was the moment that Miyu "snapped".
He jerked his gaze over to her, a big grin plastered onto his face. "No, don't," he began, narrowing his eyes, "It's alright.
I'm fine." And without another word, he retreated to his room, and in the night, he fled for anywhere but that
house of lies.
No one that Miyu was associated with knows where he went off to, but the family that had raised him from amnesia did
contact the police, but he was never found. He supposedly walked for a long long while, across the different states even.
This was around the time that the roaming foxerfly began to really study riddles, and gradually they became his main
method of speaking to others. Even though he tended to be a bit anti-social, a short while ago, Miyu submitted a book
he had written, surprisingly not in riddles, to a publisher, who accepted it, and in a strange turn of events, it turned out
to be a best-seller. Now, this confusing foxerfly resides in a small house despite his new-found wealth, and is always
studying his riddles so that he can confuse more people with his puzzles.
To this day, not many people are willing to speak with this foxerfly, but the ones that do and are able to put up with his
riddles are treated fairly kindly by him, and a select few have even said that if you manage to befriend Miyu, that he'll
begin to use proper speech and language when addressing you, but only if you are in a private place with him.

Ѧιʏʋ'ƨ Яι∂∂ℓɛƨ؟ нιƨ яι∂∂ℓɛƨ ;; Miyu, when speaking to about 98% of all foxerflies, will speak in riddles. But, what kind of riddles, you may ask? Well,
to be honest, there are three different types that he'll tend to use the most often.
- Traditional Riddles
While traditional riddles are the kind best associated with any sort of riddle, they're honestly, out of the main three Miyu
uses, his least favorite. One he often uses is, "What is monotonous on the outside with an unfathomable fire smoldering
on the inside?" He's never told anyone the answer to this, but some who've dwelled over it have assumed that he may be
referring to himself. - Hypothetical Riddles
Although this is a riddle lesser known than most others, Miyu will use it mainly to confuse others, but if he has to, he
may also use it to explain situations or procedures to others by speaking in a hypothetical standpoint, usually in the
third person. An example of his usage of this would be this: "Person A is a foreigner who doesn't understand the
language Person B mainly speaks in, and Person C isn't a translator. However, all three are capable of holding a fluid
conversation together. How?" - Question Game
These puzzles are by far this foxerfly's absolute favorite method of speaking. It doesn't really matter who he's speaking
to, or what lines they engage him with, Miyu can always put this "game" into effect. For however long the conversation
goes on, every response from him will be in the form of a question. But, he'll still hold an effective conversation. If you
were to ask him something like, "How is the weather?" his response will be something like, "Yesterday or today?" or
"Have you watched the weather forecast?"
؟ Ғσя Ғяιɛи∂ƨ ;; While Miyu's riddles and personality traits are things that often send other foxerflies on their ways after
just a greeting with Miyu, it was mentioned in his history that with that last 2% of the foxerfly population who are his
close friends, he will set aside his riddles in order to talk normally. Although, for most, it takes anywhere from months
to years in order to get this close to him, it's assumed that it's worth ignoring the rough, jagged edges of the outer shell
of Miyu in order to get to his inner personality as someone that he can call a "friend".

Ħɛℓ∂, Иɛαя αи∂ ƉɛαяƖи нιƨ βαɢ ;; Wherever he goes, Miyu usually takes with him a small brown bag, containing several items that each hold memories.
While most foxerflies are very confused by the seemingly random collection, they act as something like good-luck charms to Miyu.
- Piece of Baby Blanket
The first item that Miyu carries around in his bag is a piece of the baby blanket he had from his birth parents. Even now,
he isn't aware just what it actually is, but he is aware that it does hold a considerable sentimental quality. - Photo of young Miyu
Miyu always carries around a photo of him from years ago, around the time when he was living with his adoptive parents.
He looks at it every now and then when his spirits are especially low because it reminds him that he too was once this
happy, and that it is possible for him to be in that state of mind again. - Small notebook
This is Miyu's "observational" notebook. He carries it around with him so he can record the different things that he sees,
but not in drawings and quick notes, like most observations are made. Miyu will observes the behaviors and reactions of
everyone around him to different degrees, and write descriptions of whatever happens afterwards. He does this because,
as he says, "An author must be able to recreate any situation, from the birth of a newborn child to the death of a family
pet". - Colored pens
To go along with his observational notebook, Miyu of course has colored pens. He got them as a gift from a friend and
uses the different colors to distinguish between different thoughts and observations, all while staying neat and
organized.
