I saw this lake on piterest a few times and when I saw his fur and his blue eyes they kind of reminded me of this lake. I read that what makes he water look like that is a bunch of tiny bio-luminescent phytoplankton. it's pretty cool, I kinda want to go there haha .

The only reason an Australian shepherd was my answer because of the splotched fur they may have at times, this one shows less of his colors but it was that of his glowing, electric blue eyes that I had based it more on. His eyes were bright yet.. it had that softness to it to where you might glance at it and be afraid yet see a lost comfort in.. a eerie gleam from them but a protective glance.
Yet he has the colors of a shepherd except of the mere blue-gray specked into its fur, yet you can match the light brown splotch with that color of the pups brown above his right eye and under its left, then the white fur that may cream its body in. A base white fur on this pups yet then colored with paint, paints of brown, darker, creamy brown, and a mere pinch of an even darker brown, almost black color lining the lightest brown.
