He has a few more accessories; the collar from Dead Money and a Decanus helmet.
Things on him: Mark of Caesar, Rebar Club, Ranger Sequoia, Love & Hate, Nuka Cola Quantum, Sunset Sasparilla Star Bottle Cap, and a satchel for.. carrying things..

Probably going to add the platinum chip on a necklace, or behing held in his mouth.
