Talent: She can predict when it's going to rain.

Personality: Storm, despite her name, is a playful, loving Foxerfly. She enjoys the company of others.

Backstory: Storm loves everything about rain- the smell right before it starts, splashing in puddles, watching the droplets fall, listening for thunder- rainy days are her best days. What others call "bad weather," she calls expressive weather, because even mother nature deserves the chance to cry every once in a while (and who says they're not tears of joy?).

Before she found her talent, she would watch the news for hours, just to hear the forecast. That way, she'd be prepared to sneak out of the house and play. Sometimes, on sunny days when she got bored, she'd turn on the hose and tie it up pointing at the sky, so she could run underneath and pretend it was raining.

It was on one such afternoon that she found her talent. Her parents were out, and she was in the backyard, just about to turn on the hose. Suddenly, she knew that a bad storm was coming. She didn't know how she knew, but she right went to work anyway. She boarded up the windows and put the garden tools in the garage, then went inside to wait for her parents. A few minutes later, they were back and puzzled over the state of their house.

"Why do the windows have boards on them?" her mom asked.

"There's gonna be a huuuge storm Momma!" she replied, eyes wide.

Her mom glanced at the thermometer, clearly remembering the sunny weather outside. "Why do you think so?"

"I just know." she smiled.

Her dad sighed, thinking that she was playing a game. "Well I'd better get those boards off now. You can go play with the hose out back, okay?" he suggested and opened the door to go get the hammer from the garage. Right as he opened it, a sheet of rain blew into his face and slammed the door against the back wall. Struggling, he managed to inch the door closed, but not before getting soaked. Giving Storm a thoughtful look, he walked to the TV and flicked it on. An urgent news report was giving instructions to shelter for a category three hurricane. Her dad and mom shared a knowing glance. "Storm, I do believe we've found your talent."
