Mana Geared Hyenas share the same anatomy as the ordinary hyenas, however they are born with
metal intertwined around their left forearm. The metal contains two gems embedded into it and
the Hyenas use it as a controller for their mana. Each hyena contains the magic of one of
the four basic elements, fire, water, air and earth. Their left paws contain the
ability to use these given powers, which can be very destructive. However, the Hyenas will
only use their powers when threatened. Any abuse of power is punished by blackening the gems in
their metal gear, rendering their powers useless with no chance of re-obtaining them.

So yup, a pretty little unicorn. So majestic! No, not really.

Starting today, I am fabulous. Nobody can hold me down anymore.
I am ready to show the world who I really am today!

So far, I have received nothing but strange looks from the annoyingly
bland hyenas of my pack. They simply do not understand the pure beauty
that they are looking at. I must be so astonishing that they can do nothing
but stare in surprise and awe. My mother has shunned me, I presume because
she knows she will never be as stylish as me. I can only assume that I am
the most gorgeous thing this pack has ever seen in their lifetimes.

My sister has started to take my mother's side on shunning me. I am concerned,
as she is the one who suggested that I change into the wonderful creature
that I am now. I must ask why she is acting so unusual to my new persona.

I have asked my sister, and she replied with, "I didn't expect you to take it
this far. It was hilarious, but now it's just weird. Please Charles, come back
to your senses! The pack thinks you're crazy!" What is she talking about?
I thought she wanted me to be who I really am. Can she not comprehend
her own genius idea? I must sparkle fabulously for my own personal comfort.

I have come to realize that my whole pack is shunning me. It has only been 5 hours,
and I believe that they will understand my desires to be amazing. If they do not, I
must run away and never return. Hopefully, there are others like me in this cruel,
dark, misunderstanding world.

My hopes were all for naught. The pack does not understand even after 9 hours of
exposure to my true identity. I will leave promptly, saying my goodbyes to everybody by
leaving a message of gorgeous unicorn magic twinkles. The message will say,

I apologize to you, also, dear reader; for I must leave this diary behind so the
others may understand my struggle. I mean, maybe I'll come back or something,
but I probably won't. Unless I forget Kerflopple. But that would never happen c:

Kerflopple is Ronaldo's ultimate figure of self-worth. If Ronaldo was to lose Kerflopple, he would literally die.
Maybe figuratively, oh well. The point is, that soft little koala plush is pretty much the most
important item to Ronaldo in the universe. If he was to choose between saving the
whole entire universe or hugging Kerflopple, well, sorry universe.
You're going to die because of a koala plushie.
You may ask, "How in the world did a beautiful unicorn hyena like
the Almighty Ronaldo find such a peculiar toy?" Well first off, Kerflopple is not
a toy. Just thought I'd tell you. Second of all, let me tell you a little story...

It was a very dark night, the moon was hidden behind thick layers of clouds in the night sky.
Ronaldo had been feeling down, nobody knew his true self. Being so depressed was hard
work, so he may as well take a walk to stew about his inner beings. Climbing out of his small
den, Ronaldo found his way to a beaten old path by his pack's living area.
While out, Ronaldo saw a blotch of bright grey (in contrast to the path's surroundings)
behind a bush. Curious, he strode forward, tail raised in interest.
"What in the world is this?"
The small koala plush stood boldly in front of the much-larger-
in-comparison Ronaldo. The beady black eyes seemed so hypnotizing. Ronaldo couldn't look away.
A small thought creeped into the hyena's mind, and it grew into a loud shout.
KERFLOPPLE!
Ronaldo blinked, he was back in his den.
A small koala sat beside him.
"Your name will be Kerflopple." Ronaldo smiled as he snuggled his head into Kerflopple's
soft belly.
"Goodnight Ronaldo," the koala seemed to whisper.
"Goodnight Kerflopple."
