THE PAST
Domi took a seat on a swing on the school playground. She yawned as she opened a book about magic, and magician of all kinds. She started to read in peace, until all of her plans were disturbed.
A taller bean stood before her, and snatched the book out of her hands. "Hey!" she said sharply, and snatched the book back. "You have no right to take my things!"
The bean just laughed. "Whatcha' readin'?" he asked, getting close to her face.
"None of your business!" she said loudly, and pushed him away. Laughing, the bean pushed Domi off the swing, making her land hard on her back. She squeaked in pain. The bean laughed and he looked down at her.
Angry, Domi pushed him hard, and he landed hard in his back. He grunted and he started to get up. Domi sat up quickly, and swung the swing so it hit the other bean's head, hard. The bean started to cry, and he ran away, screaming bloody murder. Domi looked around and saw all the other beans looking at her, like she just committed a serious crime. She huffed, and she grabbed her book, and ran into the school building without looking back.
Domi pushed her front door open and she walked inside of her home. She sighed as she put her school things i the corner of the room, and she ran upstairs to her room and pushed her face into a pillow. She screamed as loud as she could, then she started crying softly.
"I wish I didn't get angry so easily!" she yelled. "Why am I always so mean to other beans?! I know what to do when I get bullied, but I always think I can handle it myself! Why do I do that? WHY!?"
She threw her pillow across the room, and she lied face up in her bed. She growled at the ceiling, then she went silent, as if she were thinking about something. She stared at the ceiling, as if it were about to attack her. She dug her claws into the mattress and tears came out of her eyes. She gritted her teeth together, and twisted her tail up tight. She kept her eyes open, as if she was trying to win a staring contest. She wanted to blink, but she kept them open. "This is what you get, Domi."
