The young foal exclaimed, her eyes gleaming with excitement as she gazed at her mother, the mostly white mare that was her mother, chuckled, and gave her foal a small nudge on her flank. "Yes I did, you were very brave, I am sure those rabbits learnt a lesson or two!" Her mother said, and Rafaella grinned, prancing around her mother, not able to stay in one spot for even a moment. "Of course they got scared, not one can brace themselves for what I have in store!" The foal whinnied, and to prove it, or try to, she tried to rear up on her hind legs, but lost her balance and stumbled backwards, falling, but not hurting herself. This earned a snort of amusement from her mother, who trotted to her side and nudged her gently, getting her foal to her hooves.

Memory: My eyes fluttered open, it was a bright day, happy, and chirping birds. i remembered seeing my mother, outside... grazing happily, i made a small snort. "Momma!" i yelled getting up on my wobbly foal legs. I stumbled and soon regained my ballance, then to see her right there, beside me. I nuzzled her, and she nuzzled back. It was a bright, happy day.

Slipping in the cold water I stared at my mother who stood on the other side of the rushing river. Pushing off of the shallow bank I let out a sharp squeak , scared of being washed away. My mother stood, staring at me and calling encouraging words. Thrashing harder I forced myself to move forward, ignoring the thought of being washed away. Suddenly I felt the rivers tugs go away and felt soft sand beneath my hooves. Letting out a cry of sheer delight I ran to my mother and she reached down just to nudge me forward, prepared already for another long trail-walk.

When that girl over on the bank was there with me
So was my hope.

Memory: Aislinn's memory is one not amazing nor full of action. It was simply a routine day with her mother. Aislinn was frolicking among the lush plants of the meadow. She was having a wonderful time, and the best part was that her mother was beside her. When the finally both became tired and flopped into the grass, in a bed of ferns with flowers rising around them, they sat and watched the sky. Aislinn's talked about the clouds, pointing out how this one looked like this, or how that one looked like that, while her mother laughed affectionately and played along. It was not really the content of the memory as much as it was the spending the time with her dear mum.

Memory: Quinn chased after the bird as it flew in the sky. She was mesmerised by it's wings, soaring, flapping. She ran hard after it, concentrating,so hard that she ran right in to her mother. "Oh!" The mare whinnied at the young equid. "Quinn, dear, you need to watch where you are going. " she said gently. Quinn giggled, she was clumsy, and always ran in to people, but her Mum was always laughing, and never got mad. She loved her so much.

Memory: A bright sunny was in the past after days with nonstop rain. Lalon's mother and her were finally tired of the droopy personality of the world and decide to go on a little walk. It was thundering and lightning, but it was miles away. The lightning was random colors- blues, purples, and whites,- and so they went on their path to the meadows and lied there, watching the sky clear up. Finally after a dark and damp while, the first light had been seen, from the moon.

Memory: Cold fear shot through the young filly's body like lightening, draining all her warmpth down to the mossy earth beneath her young hooves. Her wide liquid eyes stared unblinking at the amber orbs that hovered between two tree trunks, watching her with a dangerous expression. An ear splitting squeal split through the heavy silence as the filly's mother exploded toward the concealed wolf, her hooves creating a thunder that drove the watchful canine from the meadow. Still the young filly remained unmoved, her sides heaving with each panicked breath as her mothers flanks disappeared into the dark woods. Time seemed to stretch out and the filly became even more paranoid. Her ears swivelled to catch every noise, her mind flooding her eyes with visions of terrible monsters. Her small body shook violently at the sound of an approaching creature, a fimilar four beat pace that she had known from birth. Her mother emerged from the darker shadows, the moonlight illuminating a dark liquid that crisscrossed her mothers pelt and danced on her happy eyes

"what is it?!" avila asked the mare, alais, her mother. the wise mare chuckled and replied, "it's a butterfly, my dear." avila's eyes crossed as she tried to look at it, without making it fly away.
