He has a black collar with a reflective strip, an oval shaped name tag (which has more information such as address and phone number on the back, but I didn't show that since there is no point in writing my personal information on the back of a ref o3o)
He also has a round blue rabies tag but I didn't include it since there is no point in trying to make up a fake vet and stuff just to show a simple tag.

I didn't imagine Rowdy with a collar originally so he only wears this outdoors, but he is sometimes outside without it because he is well trained and... a character x3 (actually mostly because I don't like drawing collars in art, so most of his art will be drawn without him wearing a collar)
