Just found out that instead of wanting his markings spray like and
lighter than his base, that it would look better darker.

Personality
Dex is always ready to have a good time. He never happens to be down in
the dumps, and likes to cheer up the ones who are when he can think of
something to do for them. He's usually the first to start something. He
doesn't always keep to himself, being he enjoys to get some ideas out
there before moving on to something new.
In order to keep himself from blending in entirely to the gloomy grays of
his tire shop, his imagiantion is always sparking, and he creatively
puts it out by spray painting it out and designing.
Dex can be a pretty flirtatious guy if you can catch his eye. At times he
only does it for fun or just to tease a lady every now and then out of boredom.
