Unlike adult Axis, young Axis are roughly two to three feet tall, they have large feet -like puppies. They have the same short soft body fur as the adults, their mains can be less silky though, because they play and get it tangled. Baby Axis, unlike the adults, don't have horns, they can have small nubs as horns but they are not born with them. When their horns grow it is rapidly and the Axis becomes cranky because the growth is so sudden and painful to their heads and necks. This means the Axis is going to become an adult.

Breeding Axis

• Axis do not have to be mated to breed.
• Every Axis may breed 4 times in their life time. -for now, it is up for you to keep track.
• Axis are generally capable of only having 1 offspring in a litter, they're bodies aren't built for two.
• Identical twins are possible, it is a 10% chance though and the mother Axis may not be able to breed again.
• If you don't own both Axis you must prove you have permission to breed.
• Only adult Axis may breed. (PPS may never breed.)
• You may not breed related Axis.
• Your baby Axis will grow in one month.

Rules

• Main Thread Rules Apply.
• Axis may not be sold.
• Axis may be gifted. It must be approved by me.
• If you no longer want your Axis he/she will be put out for re-adoption, or you can give it to a friend. This must be approved by me.
• If you are banned your Axis will be taken and re-homed.
• If a baby Axis goes without comment from either breeders it will be put up for adoption by the artist.

Breeding Axis

• Axis can mate and breed within their gender.
• Axis must be an adult for 2 weeks before breeding.
• Axis must wait 1 month between births.
• Baby Axis will be posted as soon as they are completed.
• Unisex Axis are able to breed with all genders or none genders. (the baby will likely be unisex if the parents are.)
• Fill out the form to completion!

About the Baby

Baby Axis will look like a mix between their parents, however they may look more like one parent than the other.
They are aloud to have items, same rules as adults.

What to do with a Baby Axis?

• Keep him or her. If you and another person bred your Axis, it is up to you to decide who will keep it. These babies do count toward the ownable Axis limit!
• Gift him or her. You may gift the baby to another user, please clear this with me first.
• Put him or her up for adoption. A contest will be held (by you) to find a new owner for the baby.
• For Artists:

Orphan Axis

If you breed your Axis and do not comment on them within one month -or PM the breeding artist- your baby Axis will be put up for adoption! Meaning anyone can win him or her, it will be up to the artist to home this orphan.

Aging Axis

After 1 month the Axis will be fully grown and unless it's PPS it needs to be grown.

• You may ask to grow your own Axis. (The artist will add you once they post him or her.)
• If you are unable you may ask an artists to grow him or her for you.
• A friend may also grow your Axis, but you'll need to inform the artist so they can add them.

Breeding Request

For breeding fill out the following form. Artists will check here to see who needs breeding, they will post that they are working on your baby and post as soon as they are done. If you want a specific artist add that in your form some where.
