Wonder Beasts (WB) are fascinating creatures, having been named appropriately so for their wondrous behaviors. They stand at about 60 cm tall at the shoulder, with a curled tail that, when extended, is longer than the length of their body. Their beaks can open to a full 120°, and they can produce an unbelievable variety of sounds; ranging from ear-splitting screams to inaudible rumbles. They live in groups called colonies, consisting of (normally) two to twenty individuals. Not all WBs are part of a colony, as many are loners that rove the lands alone.

i mean if you look at his neck, vertically, it's like you see different layers of clouds, each getting darker by the second. the white lines on his neck and back and legs remind me of snow whooshing by as you look out your window in awe.

and the grey scale could be the color of the feathers,
