A pugtato is a normal pug, except it ate a HUGE potato. It's body combined with the potato instead of digesting it, therefore the potato becoming a part of it's genes. The newly formed pugtato had passed down it's genes, and now, there are many pugtatoes roaming around a potato planet made of potato animals because they were banished from earth. :T
