About Leaf Sprites
Leaf Sprites when young are about the size of a Shi Tsu but once they are grown the males can be as big as an English Mastiff. Never are they wingless and the Sprites choose to reside up in the canopies of large forests. The young however cannot fly as their wings are not yet fully developed, it is at this age when they are at their most vulnerable.
Their tail is used for balance in the air but they can still fly if it is damaged or ripped. If their wings are wounded they will be healed in 2-3 weeks but their wing colour may turn yellow for a small period of time. A Sprite's wings are always some shade of green unless wounded as said prior.
