What is a Kiamara?
A Kiamara is a wolf-like creature. They have long, fluffy manes on the top of their heads, running down between their shoulders. They all have spots on their bodies- a trait in which will never be bred out of their DNA. They also have feathers- every Kiamara is given feathers when they reach the age of 2 years old. Their diet consists of fruit as well as meat- they prey on similar creatures that wolves would. Kiamara can be very shy before they get to know you. Can you win a Kiamara's heart?

There I was, in Publix,
browsing CS with a poor wifi connection.
I was bored with nothing to do. I checked
alot of my posts, nothing new. A new post
popped up. It was on Nursery Batch 37. My
Dream Kiamara. I got to the bottom of the
page and read the post, depressed. I gave
a congrats to the winner, and I looked at the
post again. IT WAS MY NAME! I literately
screamed in Publix. I was bouncing around
and I was so happy! Winning my first kia is
an amazing experience. I think alot of people
should be able to have the joy of owning a
kiamara. I hope to re-live that joy, with
owning this kiamara. Although I cannot
see the kiamara yet, I know she/he will
be beautiful and breath-taking.

what's your favorite kiamara-related memory?;;

When I was trying for Kiamara 365 (wow exactly 30 Kiamaras away from this one haha), I ordered three pieces of art for him. Anyhow, I was out somewhere the night it was supposed to be judged, and I was flipping out because I had spent so much time on a website for him, and hadn't added the art to any part of my form yet, because it had just been delivered. Well, the art was required, and I was just thinking how awful it would be if I had ordered all that art and it went to waste!

Anyhow, I had no internet access except for a computer located in the place I was staying. But I couldn't go all the way down to where the computer was, and so I was stuck worrying about my incomplete form. Then I had an idea, and asked a friend if I could borrow their iPod for a minute. The friend kind of looked at me strange, but let me borrow it. I took the iPod out to a hallway and asked Windy for an extension, because I was still freaking out. Anyways, I think that one of my friends asked what I was doing with the iPod, and I didn't want to explain, seeing as how not everyone would understand a website called Chicken Smoothie.

Fortunately, Windy granted us an extension and I got a close second <3 I just remember that night....hoping the competition would be extended and awkwardly borrowing a friend's device to ask.

Hello there. You might have seen me around the forums a couple of times. My username is ~Faith~, and i'm a fairly nice person, and love to get to know new people!

I think one of my favorite Kia memories is when I first came across the kia thread. I feel in love with the design, but seeing as I'm a mouse artist I haven't had much luck in being bale to get one, but I love watching other people accomplish in getting one, it's always nice to see someone be happy. Seeing as I've gained more time, I've become more active in trying to get a kia, but still I have had no luck, I love the species very much and my new years resolution for 2014 is to try and get one or more kia and accomplish this goal. Therefor my favorite memory is getting to know people through adoptions like this, and becoming a watcher of the kia community and congratulating new owners on achieving their goals in getting one or more kia.

Well, to start, my welcome to the fanclub was very lovely. I posted a piece of traditional art, and got compliments on my style. While I haven't been very active there being unable to participate in most of the questions, the warmth I was greeted with astounded me because it was warmer than the one in JMDs and JBDs. Ordering art was very suspenseful, because I could not wait to see how awesome they turned out.
The very best part was thinking up the name. ^-^
