▲ name ;; pacem, meaning peace in latin. everyone needs a name, yes? and what better then to
▼ name this girl after pure peace on earth? to me, pacem is an artistic girl that paints and sketches all sorts of things. she's
▲ a vegetarian, and pretty spunky, a rebel from the normally humdrum existence, and isn't afraid to stick up for what she
▼ likes. in a way, that is keeping peace. but overall, she values making others happy through her art. which is why i named this little
▲ baby after peace.
▼
▲
▼
▲ what does she want for christmas, and why? ;; pacem wants mainly three things for christmas. i
▼ mean, she wants all sorts of things. but these three were scrawled in pin-neat cursive across the top of her list to santa.
▲ 'oh,'you must be thinking. 'her name is pacem, so she wants world peace!' pacem may stick up for what she wants, but she's
▼ quite a pessimist. if asked if she thought world peace was in reach, she'd say no. maybe in many, many years, but not now. oh
▲ yes, she most certainly does believe in herself. but she does not believe that the world is a pure, safe place. in many ways it isn't.
▼ perhaps pacem is more clever then meets the eye.
▲
▼
▲ pacem, ever the artistic girl, wants a set of watercolors and a good quality canvas. if her artwork is ever going to end up
▼ in the metropolitan museum of art in new york, she has to start somewhere. pacem's sketches are utterly amazing. when the
▲ world finds out about her talent, she wants to be judged. many individuals hate being judged and analyzed. but pacem loves
▼ it. she loves to read faces and see what they make of her. sometimes she sees wonder, sometimes she sees scared faces. but
▲ she doesn't change who she is. but the best way to be judged as a classy twenty-first century artist is to have a big-brand
▼ canvas and a colorful set of paints.
▲
▼
▲ pacem, unfortunately, was not born into the upper tier of society. in fact, quite the opposite. pacem wants money.
▼ money so that she doesn't starve. well, maybe i'm being a touch drastic. pacem wouldn't starve. pacem would eat everything [you'll
▲ find she has quite an appetite] she had in her house. pacem may not be perfect, but one thing she isn't is finicky. she'd eat
▼ everything in her home, transforming them into nice-looking meals using her decorative skills, then head out to the
▲ nearest store with all the money she had made selling art in the streets. she'd buy all the food she could, then we'd restart the
▼ whole process. let's just say pacem does not have a lot to spare.
