I... dunno what time it is in the US but if I leave this any later then I'll just forget about it like a butt and it'll be late. Better early than late, right guys?
Also before anyone jumps on me all like "Oh no Shai it's not winter themed!!1! Cole said winter!!111!!" I ran this by him first. Christmas exists in all countries, not just America, and down here in the southern hemisphere it's summer. So this Sauron, is Christmas. In summer. This fits very well with the advent items today, I think.
A little bit of background on the design;
This Sauron is what comes to mind for me, when I think of summer. The flowers in it's mane and tail, as well as the flower that it's holding, are Pohutukawa flowers. In New Zealand, where I'm from, they bloom around Christmas time, and they're nicknamed the NZ Christmas tree. And because Christmas is warm and so much of NZ is surrounded by water, it's common for people to spend Christmas at the beach, and if not a beach then somewhere around water at the least.
It's legs are wrapped in fairy lights, it's middle in wrapping paper, and it has a red ribbon around its neck to make it look more festive~
