♡ What is Forever-Chance ResQ all about? ♥

Forever-Chance ResQ is an animal rescue center, dedicated to adopting out a wide variety of critters, both large and small. Some of the animals brought to us have had a rough past, while a few were picked up off the street. Still others were former pets but the previous owners could not maintain their upkeep, thus surrendering the animals here. Each animal that is brought to FCR goes through a rehabilitation program which assesses their individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses. But no matter their background or history, all of the animals here are looking for a new home, where they will be loved unconditionally and forever. Will you adopt one of them, giving them a "forever-chance"?

Forever-Chance ResQ is dedicated to finding the perfect home for each individual creature, and we encourage potential adopters to be 'picky' about which pet you chose to try out for. c: Do not collect these guys like other adoption places here on CS. We wish our animals to be adopted out to caring and dedicated new owners. So please, do not try out for an animal unless you would surely be interested adopting.

This chameleon was brought to us when a child's parents decided that it was too much for the child to take care of by himself, and the parents did not want to take care of him themselves. This pet was never given a name, or at least we were never told his name. This is a male chameleon ready for a loving home.

When Morris is very sleepy and tired, he tends to 'wag' his tail a lot, as if he were trying to feel the area behind him for obstacles already passed. X3


S h o r t P e r s o n a l i t y ; ;

Morris is quiet and slow, always making sure his footsteps fall silently.
For a lizard, he is quite intelligent; Morris is able to seek out his food in the cage in just seconds.

I am Apricotflyer. I absolutely love lizards and reptiles so when I saw this beautiful chameleon I flipped! I've always wanted a pet like that in real life though sadly I do not have one. Getting this guy would be close enough. <3

I have this habit of giving my characters strange names and he isn't any different. I find strange names give them a unique twist to them. This chap would be called Flicker though I'd just call him Flick most of the time. I know that chameleons have long tongues and when wushu by to catch their prey they flick out their tongues. As I imagine Flick to do.

Flick is a handsome male.

I'm not sure if all chameleons have a love for water but surprisingly Flick does. When I was looking at him I picked him up but he went straight for my bag which contained a bottle of water. Curious I unzipped my bag and in he darted, I found him wrapping his tongue around the bottle to try and get the water out.
short personality;
Flick is certainly a little character and though he has such a diverse personality I'll explain just one aspect. He is a trickster. He enjoys teasing me, and doing things he's not supposed to when I turn my back. He seems like a devious child but I'm sure if I got him I'd be able to get him to behave.

A bit of a troublemaker, Chauncey knows how to get out of his tank. No matter what you try to do to prevent it, he has a way of getting around any roadblock you put in front of him. Each morning, he escapes, exploring and hiding for hours on end. As soon as it hits five o'clock, he comes out to meet his 'people' at the front door as they get home from work. Reasons of his escaping are still unknown.
Short Personality:
He is very outgoing, but can have a bit of an attitude towards men and other male iguanas, but he loves any elderly or sick people. Normally happy, he loves playing games with his 'people', weither they are his true owners or not. He loves making people laugh, so he is taken to hospitals and nursing homes as a HOSPUS animal, cheering up hundreds of people every Sunday. He has even visited children with cancer, inspiring them to push forward <3
