Name
His name is Cavalier, Cavalier des coloris meaning dancer of color shades in french. It was chose because... Oh come on, just look at him and you know why it was chosen. Aparrently the color shades-part of his name has something to do with this magnificent shades of blue and green that seem to have some kind of party on his skin. But the fact that is first name is Cavalier has not only somethin to do with his skin but also with his attitude, he is definetly more a dancer than a warrior, or a fighting dancer? A dancing fighter... It's indescribable, but i hope you get what i want to say.

Nickname?
I think he would propably bite or at least scratch you and his rider wouldn't answer if you would ask one of them if he has a nickname. As Lucian is explainig all the time; it's not a nickname but an acronym, because his Bernikesaur has an extremly long name, Lucien just calls him Cavalier. But if Cavalier doesn't like you, you'll have to call him Cavalier des coloris instead. He also only allows Lucien to call him Dancer. Sometimes.

...Personality...
A human being could propably spend months describing Cavaliers personality, or it could reduce his personality down to a few sentences, but both would not show his personality like it has to be shown if you want to understand the genius behind the smart blue eyes of this giant dinosaur. Cavalier is many things, but one of the greatest parts of his personality is Pride. Pride an ego,it sometimes seems like he thinks he is the greatest Bernikesaur ever born. Although he can't talk, it sometimes seems like hes is able to use sarcasm without talking, just by a look trough his eyes and maybe a little action.
He is intelligent, and knows when he has to run away, altough he somethimes tends to run awy from battle when Lucien still wants to fight... Anyway, some wise old man said to Lucien when he went out to capture Cavalier "He's a egocentric, way to smart kind of dinosaur. And he's sneaky. And he's afrad of getting dirt on his pretty feathers. But you know what boy? He suits you"

Lucian DeSalvia is an extremly ambitious young man with a giant self-confidence. His familiy is not actually rich, but they are definetly not poor and Lucian had his chances to get into society. He wants to become someone, preferably someone who has influence. He is not a person taht tends to battle without thinking about it, just because he likes battles, Lucian always tries to avoid fighting. He actually hates fighting generally, he absolutly no pacifist, but killing people by using sword, axes or knives is "against his nature". He has a natural talent for lying an manipulanting people by talking and acting nicely. You may think of Lucien as a mean and seedy person, and in some part of hes soul he may be one, but he actually is a good an fair leader, always willing to fight for the right thing. But he is a leader, thats in his nature.

Appearance
Lucien is not that big, but also not too small, has a narrow face with high cheekbones and very light blond hair with a touch of gold in it, very light blue, almost light grey eyes and a pale white skin, that is never getting brown, which causes him to fear a sunburn whenever he stays in outside for more tha a day.

Lucien felt the grass moving underneath his smooth leather shoes as he slowly crept on the top of the little grassy hill he was hiding behind. In front of him he saw grassland, only grassland and somewhere far away a clear blue sky kissing those grasslands he called his home. Just about ten meters away from his ambush he saw three Bernikesaurs peacefully drinking from a small lake. One of them is the one for me. He thought, One of them will be my companion. When he drew near the three big reptiles two of ran away, when they saw him. The third one just continued drinking, pretending not to see Lucien. It was a big blue male with shining emerald markings on it, long sharp pearl-like claws and smart blue eyes that had just the color Luciens eyes had too. He had the stories about this one, a literally peacockish dinosaur… He remembered the words of the old man he had once asked about the blue feathered Bernikesaur; "He's a egocentric, way to smart kind of dinosaur. And he's sneaky. And he's afraid of getting dirt on his pretty feathers. But you know what boy? He suits you" he said… “Well,” Lucien whispered while moving forward slowly, “I seems like we are quiet similar to each other my friend…”. Suddenly the big reptile moved his head around and looked Lucien right in the eyes. Then it made a step backwards. And another. While Lucien moved two steps forward. And then they both started running across the grassland. Sometimes it was Lucien trying to catch up to the Bernikesaur, sometimes the Bernikesaur hunting Lucien, *I wonder if this is the right way to capture a dinosaur…* Lucien wondered while running. He had no idea how long they kept chasing each other across the endless plains, but after about 40 minutes Lucien was so leached out that he had to stop. He had already almost given up on the dinosaur, when he saw him standing only a few meters away, looking tired too. “Now….” Lucien said while trying to breath normal again, “Now…. It se-seems…like we a two of the same kind aren’t we?” Lucien smiled charming and put forth his hand, hoping that the big blue reptile would place his head in it and show that it would accept Lucien as his rider.
Nothing.
Silence.
The dinosaur just kept looking at the hand and at Lucien with an arrogant look in its eyes. The he slowly moved his head around, fixing an invisible point in the air, and unhurriedly, very unhurriedly it moved forward one pearl-colored claw and placed it in Luciens hand.
Lucien just raised his eyebrows, trying not to laugh; “Wow,” he said, “we really are two of the same kind… Dancers. Cavaliers. But you are more than that, you are a Cavalier Des Coloris.”
