This Fern puff has a rare almost fully white coloration! It likes places with lots and lots of snow. I personally see him as male, but it doesn't matter which gender you pick. C:

Yuki is a quiet fellow who enjoys taking time to enjoy the little things. He prefers quieter environments, but dislikes the absence of sound - which could possibly be because when a forest is silent, a predator is lurking about. He loves to watch the night shift into day, taking in the transformation and blending of colors in the sky as the sun rises.

Favorite thing to do
Come Winter, this little fellow's favorite thing to do is romp in freshly fallen snow. To him, it is the perfect time for playing in the pure white fluff. If it is just after a snowstorm, but before night has fallen, there is no ice mingled in with the snow. This means that everything on the ground is pure fluff and the perfect playing ground for a small creature like him. If Yuki is alone, he will jump around in the snow, leaping up and then down into much like a Red Fox would for finding voles and mice, near his tree until either night falls or he tires out - whichever comes first; or he will try to create a complex network of tunnels as fast as he can before sunset, and keep working on them until the snow melts. If there are others around, especially other Fern Puffs, he does his best to encourage the group to play hide and seek at least once. Some think it unfair, but he uses his pale coat coloring to his advantage, burying himself in drifts of snow. But for Yuki, whose coat stands out year-round, it only seems fair that he have an advantage when his season rolls around.

Yuki lives year-round in a tree dubbed the Amber Ghost. It is a Maple tree that can survive in all four seasons and has brilliantly colored leaves that change with the weather. In Spring months, its leaves go from pink to a pink-orange; in Summer, amber with noticeable green veins; Fall brings about vibrant reds and oranges. It can stand frost, but does loses its leaves as it grows colder in winter. Although it seems like a small tree, Yuki is content to live sheltered in the branches and vivid leaves of such a unique tree.

Personality:

Talise is a fun loving, easy going Fern. She just wants to have fun! You will usually see Talise in a laid back attitude, probably swishing her tail in the snow. She won't snap at you or try to fight you, she'll settle things with words, not actions.

Favorite thing to do:

Talise's favorite activity to do in the snow is make paw prints and mess them up. It keeps her entertained, and it makes her giggle. She's done this ever since she was a little pup, and it soothes her when she's sad or bored. She'll us usually do this when there's fresh fallen snow on the forest floor, and she's usually the first one to jump front her tree. She isn't afraid to embarrass herself while doing it because she doesn't care. All she cares about is the snow!

Talise lives in a pine tree up in Alaska. Alaska's normally cold and snowy, and that's where a snow loving Fern would want to live in. The pine tree provides protection from the cold and from predators.
