Hey, my name is ~Koda~! I proudly own two FJDs, Jaleeb and Huzzain, who I adore dearly. This beautiful girl is too pretty to miss, and I don't want to see her wasted.
Name:
Pine
I named this girl Pine, because her entire design reminds me of a tree. Pine is a type of tree, and suits as an elegant name. It's quite feminine too, giving her a beautiful-sounding ring to her name.
Gender:
Female
Yes, Pine is definitely a girl. Too... Feminine to be male, and just appeals to me as a female.
Element:
Nature Manipulation
Pine has the strange ability that allows her to control all flora-related nature. She can make trees grow and plants die, and just walking through a field makes the grass burst with life beneath her paws. She can easily re-grow a destroyed forest, and in anger she has the power to destroy it herself.
Personality:
Intelligent - Pine is highly renowned for her intelligence. She has amazing problem-solving skills, allowing her to rise above other dragons. She does not use this for her own desires, however, but uses them to be an amazing group leader. These smarts are handy when controlling her element and controlling flora.
Creative - Pine is not only smart, but also very creative too. She's artsy and loves to decorate, which is just perfect to go along with her element. She can craft mazes of vegetation, patterns of trees and painting of flowers with just her mind and creativity within it.
Funny - Yes, she's funny too! She loves to make others laugh by doing silly things and telling ridiculous jokes, and is always the life of the party. She's generally fun to be around.
Friendly - Pine has a lot of friends. She's got a high rank on the social ladder, surrounded by her closest friends. But she also has a connection with all her pack, keeping them on her side and making sure everybody is linked happily.

Story:
I joined my family as they stood in the middle of the grassy meadow. They stood there, looking at the now horrifically familiar sight.
We'd tried our best. We'd done what we could to restore our lovely home, but nothing worked. We'd been here so long, and it was just not right to abandon this place after generations of residence.
The streams, the cliffs, the trees, the shrubs, the forest... All gone. It was stunning how much damage a single bushfire could do in only a few days. All gone, blackened and singed to wispy ashes. All the rocks dislodged from the hillside were scattered over the charcoal, blocking up everything. The rain trickled down the empty stumps and created pools of grey water on the ground.
What was there to do?
It seemed nothing.
Even our persistent family leader had given up, deciding that on this dark, rainy evening, it was time for us all to leave. To travel across the country and find a new, fresh area to settle in. Away from the heartache caused by the fires in our gorgeous home.
As my parents, siblings, grandparents and other friends turned to leave, I realized just how much I couldn't bear it. I didn't want to go.
My mother wrapped her paw over my small body to encourage my movement, but I broke free of her grasp. I tumbled forward and sat at the edge of the treeline.
My mother called for me to follow her, but I ignored her completely. I looked up at the tree over my head, silhouetted against the grey sky. It seemed to look at me, pained by our departure as well as its own death. I pursed my lips and empathetically look back at the cracked bark of the trunk.
I heard my mother frustratedly calling my name, over and over. It was absolutely useless at grasping my attention, however, as I rested my paws against the bark.
I knew I had to go. I knew it was important for me to follow with my family and not to cry over a burnt tree. I just felt hope, like somehow, somebody had a way of bringing this forest back to life.
A little tear slipped from my eye and onto my paw. It trickled off to the tip of my tiny claw, before touching the tree.
My mother called me one last time. I tensed my muscles, ready to get down and follow, before suddenly I saw something.
Under my paw, I saw a dark colour. A rich, chocolate brown was seeping from beneath me and over the blackened, dry surface. It was re-colouring it, the tree was absorbing something and making it...
Alive!
Now shockingly excited, I looked down at my back paws, planted on the ground below. I saw it. Green, bright green, the colour of spring leaves, was spreading swiftly out. Grass pushed its way through my toes and up to my knees, soon shining with bright flowers. I looked in front and saw nearly the entire tree was becoming alive, brown and green. Moss bloomed across its surface, and leaves sprouted from the highest twigs.
My heart filled with light and I leapt away from it, touching everything I could. Before my eyes, beneath my feet, came pure, forest life. The rain touched the greenery and decorated it with glimmering drops of water. My back became drenched as it sloshed off the canopy onto me.
I was bringing the forest back to life.
Only a second later I heard footsteps as my parents came to my side. I looked at my mother with sparkling eyes and she stared back, bewildered.
She lifted a paw and touched the jewel over my back. I looked up and saw it, glowing and shimmering and dancing. It was the most beautiful shade of green, reflecting my surroundings to perfection.
My mother whispered, "Your element is revealed. You are the savior of the forest, my child."
