Canis Rufus: The red wolf
The red wolf is a medium sized member of the canine family,standing at about 28 inches tall and weighing roughly 54 pounds. They live in extended family groups and eat rabbits, deer, and nutria. It is said that wolves can predict the weather and will howl incessantly when a storm is approaching.
***Short Story*** (must be completed):
Tova crept out of the bushes, and leapt onto a rock out cropping a few feet in front of her. It was her favorite time of day, just after the sun set. Lifting her russet muzzle into the air she let out a long, chilling howl. She could hear the sounds of the night, and felt a cool breeze ruffle her fur. She savored this feeling for a moment before leaping down into the forest and shifting into her true form. "Now I'm free" she though shaking out her long coat. Slipping silently through the brush, she headed towards the pool where many of the terralupi met up at night. Although she wasn't a very social person Tova found it comforting to be around those like her. Cardfully skirting a boulder, she reached the crystal waters. As she glanced around other Terralupi started to appear. She nodded a greeting, and took a sip of the cool waters. WIP

Personality
Tova is a mysterious girl. She is shy by nature, but is genuinely kind inside. She usually prefers to be alone, or in small groups. In large groups she gets uncomfortable, and her shy side really shows. She doesn't like people to know what she is thinking, and tries to keep a rather impassive expression
