This Neko is very special and has the ability to allow the owner to make one custom Neko for themselves or someone else every month when the slots are open. If Lyncher does not wish to make one for themselves they can either make one for adoption or if they don't feel up to colouring at all then they can order a custom for themselves or anyone else as long as it is stated it is for someone else (and who) so it can be put on the Archive correctly.
