Well, to be honest, he reminded me of
a greaser right off, with that hair. I've been
(re)reading The Outsiders, and novel by S.E.
Hinton in class, and I decided, "Hey! Why not
name it after one of the characters?" The smirk
and sheer awesomeness was what brought me to
the conclusion of Dallas Winston. He's one of my
favorite characters, and I 'd love to be able to tribute

Dallas is a cold, hard, and outright mean soul. He really doesn't care about anyone but himself, and is really and truly almost always the cause of others around him getting hurt. He hurts others for fun, and does his best to prove that he doesn't care about following rules/laws. After being in and out of prison for many years, Dal has hardened to the point of feeling almost nothing.
Dallas will stick up for his friends no matter what, taking the rap for anything if needed. He's been arrested for his pals countless times, and though it makes him prideful that he was able to help, he won't show it in the least bit.
This boy is a huge flirt, and will hit on pretty much anything that moves. With his rebellious, bad-boy charm, and smooth words, he can win over plenty of hearts. As a result of this, Dal takes being rejected extremely hard. If you break his heart- watch out. He'll find some way to take revenge. Having only felt attraction, not actual love, Dally's relationships tend to end abruptly, he being the one dumped. Dal gets over it pretty quickly (after the revenge, of course) and moves on to the next candidate.
Despite his hard exterior, Dallas does have a soft spot. Doesn't everyone?
When something happens to someone close to him, Dal will lose it. He's like a gun; pull the trigger and all Hell will break loose. Complete and reckless passions will cloud his head, putting actions before thoughts. He's committed some awful things under this influence, and not even his friends can break his trance. It takes a while, but Dallas will eventually gain control again, usually in jail.

Dal takes April Fool's Day as the perfect opportunity to unleash all havoc on others, even if it causes them pain. He's got no remorse.

why I want him;
Before I get technical, I'll start with the design. Like, wow. I've always been a sucker for blue/brown designs, and line edits, so this Lumi just kinda screamed at me in the Created Pets. I fell in love immediately, and as I really took in the Lumi itself, I realized that the hair reminded me of something, which, as stated before, was a greaser's "signature" haircut. The gleam kinda suggested grease on it's hair, and I already could find inspiration in those simple aspects. I began to doubt myself while looking through some of the other forms, seeing as there was already a bad-boy essence floating around, and I didn't want to seem like I copied anyone. But after a bit, I realized that there were certain ways I could make this character different.
Looking back on the whole "greaser" getup, I decided that I wanted to build on that. As stated before, I've been reading The Outsiders, and wanted to build a little on a tribute to the great Dallas Winston. I don't know about anyone else, but I just fell in love with his character, not to mention the actor for the movie. Seriously, there's no words to describe what I feel at this point.
Honestly, to me, one of te greatest things in life is hearing someone ramble on and on about something they love, and you can just feel the passion and sheer emotion in their words. They become a child again, marveling at the pure wonder or something. This is what I feel for Lumirett #182.
I just want to thank you for giving me the chance to try out for this boy, and I wish the best of luck to everyone!
