No. No! Mama! Papa!
The little figure of Cat stirred in her small bed, tail tucked and ears pressed agianst her head. It was another nightmare. She'd ben having them for months now, ever since she came here. It had gotten a little out of control and many were begining to speculat that she was doing just to get attention. But some didn't. I didn't. I carefully kneeled beside her, running my hand over the side of her side in effort to calm her. She woke instantly, backing away from me with her green eyes wide with fear.
"It's alright. You're alright." I whispered, my voice soft as it echoed around the room in a gental wavy like the breeze would through the branches of a tree. I could tell she didn't trust me. I doubted she ever would. Cat was always huddled under something or against a wall, staring at everything like it was forgien to her. She wouldn't even eat and she'd gotten very thin, worrying me.


I sighed, standing and desiding not to count my chickens before they hatched, and crawled back into my bed. Cat crept back to her own, curling up again. Instantly she was plumited into her nightmares again. Writhing and whimpering in her bed. I tried to ignore it. I tried to fight not going to comfort her. But I was too weak. I crept back out of my bed and picked her up, she woke instantly and struggled in my grasp, untill I gentally setting her in my bed. She instantly dove under my pillow, stairing at me through wild blue eyes.
I gentally began to sing quietly.

"You will find me at Noonvale,
On the side of a hill,
When the summer is peaceful and high,
There where streamlets meander the valley is still,
'Neath the blue of a calm cloudless sky.

Look for me at dawn,
When the earth is asleep,
Till each dew drop is kissed by the day,
'Neath the rowan and alder a vigil I'll keep,
Every moment that you are away.

The earth gently turns as the seasons change slowly,
All of the flowers and leaves born to wane,
Hear my song over the lea, like the wind soft and lowly,
And come back to Noonvale again."(Song (C) to who ever wrote it(I couldn't find who))
She remained under my pillow, though she seemed more relaxed now. Sighing, I lay across the end of my bed as sleep began to over take me. It was well past three in the morning and I hadn't a wink of sleep. I closed my eyes, instantly falling under a wave of sleep.
Sometime past ten I blinked open my eyes, my radio on and something pressed agaist me. I heaved myself up on my arms, Cat instantly creeping back to my pillow. I smiled fondly at her. She was begining to trust me.

MY Apple
The soft wings of a butterfly fluttered through a patch of tall grass and flowers, brushing pollen into the air. A Tiny little sneeze echos as Sasha awakens from her nap. Yawning and stretching, she forces her self from her comfortable slumber. What to do today?, she thought to herself. Her eyes wonder around looking for any form of entertainment. She spots a small little tree across the field, an apple tree. Oh goodie!She raced to the tree, excited by her findings. An Apple! An Apple!! She reached her short little body towards the apple, barely reaching it.
"And What do you think your doing?!" yelled a voice from inside the branches of the tree.
"Id Like an apple to eat..."
"Well my deary, this is my tree, thus everything on and around it is MINE!" An angry little chipmunk emerged on the branch beholding the apple so precious to him.
Sasha gave a snorty laugh. "And who said this was your tree?"
"Ah ell my deary..." She chipmunk paced towards the apple and pointed to it. "My great great great... or was it great great great great grandpappy planted the seed to this tree! Thus, it makes it my families. My family have all died off and Im the only one left... thus MY TREE!!" Snatching the apple the chipmunk raced towards the cover of the little tree.
Anger raced through Sasha. She was hungry and was determind to retreive the apple.
"You little vermin you give that apple here!!"
She raced towards the tree, horns forward, and head butted the tree. The chipmunk had not reached the inside of the tree, he was still on the branch and as her small hit had little effect on the small apple tree, he stumbled a little. She tried again. and again, and finally he fell, holding on with one paw.
"OH NO!! HELP ME!!" he screeched.
Sasha snorted and reached for the branch and took it on her teeth. The branch only was about a foot above her head, so she had to jump. The chipmunk pantted and jumped down, holding the apple to his chest.
"You devil dragon! What is your problem?!"
"Give. The Apple. NOW!!"
Fear chilled through the body of the old chipmunk. "Ah!"
He threw the apple, which only landed a few inches from his weak body, "Have it! Its all yours!"
Triumphantly, Sasha took the apple. "Thank you kind sir."
The Chipmunk cocked his head in confusion... "Bipolar much?" he mumbled to himself.

Since we have little more time I added fur detail to my art . Might do another if I have time.

*Bonus: An interesting fact (about anything):*
1. Calico Cats are all female, if a male is Calico coated he is sterile.
2. There is a whale that scientist have been following for years because she was all alone. No friends, family, or mate. They discoverd her pitch was 52, when a normal whales is a lot lower, thus no whale can ever hear her.
3. Ligers are all sterile, they have to be created in labs and placed in a mother.

Alright, I know I said I'd judge it today, but I've been in a car all day, and I think I'm going to head to bed early. So you have a couple more days to work on the forms, if you need it. They both look great, by the way. It's going to be hard to choose...
