Alrighty. I thought this was going to be a little easier than this, but I'm so torn between two of them that I don't know what to do. x3

There's two finalists: thedogandcat, and iFoopets.

Don't worry; there will be a runner up for this one.

Now, you both have great art, and if I were to be going by sheer amount, Cat would be ahead. But, since I'm going by quality more so than quantity, the two forms are thusly tied.
I did, however notice that both of you are missing a part of the design. Can either of you tell me what it is? :3 First to figure it out gets a few extra points. Not many, but might be enough to pull you ahead of the other. Post here, please. You have multiple guesses, but for now, only one guess per 'round' I suppose.
