I couldn't help but try out for this one, too. She looks amazing, and purple... purple. That orb is just perfect. The whole work is just great, because she seems to contrast so greatly with what I take to, so far, be the base color scheme for the nekos. There's a lot of natural colors and light color, so it's really nice to see a non-custom neko that is so different.
Edit: Just a question.... it looks like the little jewel-like deposits/whatever they are on the right side of her face are colored blue-ish, but the ones on the left side of her face are just plain grey? Are they not colored at all, or am I seeing things, or is that just how she is?
Name: Milliana. She does NOT have the nickname "Milly."
Gender: Female
Age: 20 human months = 20 Neko years
Personality:
Cheeky, but in a really subtle way so that you are more inclined to think she's being cute than being wily. Tends to act younger than her 20 years. Enjoys teasing; she might even occasionally take the teasing too far and become rather annoying. Can be manipulative, but again, you won't notice unless you're looking for it. She probably won't even notice she's doing it, either. Not really manipulative in a bad way, though (she's not tying to be malicious or anything), but she unconsciously tries to get what she wants; that's certainly not a good trait to possess, but doesn't make her an inherently bad creature. She enjoys attention, but not from many different beings at once. She likes gentlemanly guys; flattery does get you somewhere, as far as Milliana is concerned. She even does the whole blushing and batting the eyelashes thing, and everything! Or the cat equivalent, I suppose, which might be some subtle rubbing up against said gentleman, and maybe a nose-kiss if she's feeling particularly flirty.
She loves drinks, especially smoothies; if you're sitting down somewhere and have a drink of something, chances are she'll show up and want a taste. Of course, she'll most likely turn it away if it's something unappealing to cats in general (pop, veggie juice, beer, etc.), but she'll still want to sniff it to make sure it's not something terrifically tasty that you're trying to keep her from trying. For Milliana, smoothies are a delicacy; even though smoothies are generally fruit-flavored, they're still a dairy product, which makes them okay in Milliana's book!
Milliana loves the night sky. It's not hard to see why. She has a connection with that sky, and the stars fascinate her. Sitting on the roof, quietly watching the dark heavens, knowing that space is so silent and the universe is vast, is a favorite pastime of hers. It's one of the few times when having someone's attention really isn't necessary for her. She prefers to watch the sky alone, just clear her mind and open it to the infinite world. It's almost sad, but very beautiful.
And watch out for her tail; she has the tendency to wave it about when in a good mood, which is quite often. Don't want to get bashed in the face by a tail that long and thick, eh?

What will you do with her if you win her: I said a bit about my story based on CS pets in another form for a Sora Neko:
I am writing a story about CS pets, though I do have a few custom characters and species in there. I would like to feature her in it; she wouldn't play a big role, really, but I just think it would be cool to have her and use her in it. I love the diversity in my story; the more the merrier! It's basically about an apocalyptic world where monstrous beings quite literally suck the life energy out of all living things; the humans have fled to encampments in the far north, leaving behind their old lives, including most animals (pets, livestock, zoo animals, circus animals, wild things, etc.). So my story is that of the animals left behind; it would be really awesome to have another species to put in with my bunnies, cats, dogs, horses, birds, wolves, foxes, dragons, etc, etc. I portray a lot of different characters from a lot of different species, and it's always nice to exercise my writing muscles and really work at getting the personality, mannerisms, nature, etc. of a new, exciting species down to a "T."
I would certainly even consider using her in an official Sora Neko rp; I haven't rped in quite a while, but I am interested enough in this species (and especially this pretty girl) to seriously do so. Depends on the literacy, plot, and whatnot, though, of course. I hardly ever try out to win adoptables like this; I only do it when I find a species I like, and a particular adoptable I love. I don't think it would be right, nor fair to the adoptable, to have him or her and never use them for anything. I love all my characters, and I never want to allow them to collect dust.
I've had some time to think about it, and the more I imagine a roleplay for Sora Nekos, the more I love the idea. It would be so much fun to roleplay in something like that (what I can imagine, anyway) after so long just writing solo. Something about this species just draws me; I've not been this moved and inspired by an adoptable species in.... well, never, actually. I used to rp Warriors, but I was never so excited about it as I am about this.

Story (yes, I guess I am going to write a short story about her): Writing about her gave me ideas. I shall write now.

Night finally fell. After weeks of waiting to go on vacation, after days of waiting for the trailer to finally arrive at the campsite, and after hours of waiting for dusk, the first stars finally flickered into sight. At last. Milliana lifted gently off her cushion in the camper van and floated out the open door and into the twilight, intent on searching for a nice place to stargaze. The flattened roof over the nearby cabin's small porch seemed the best spot for a good view. She settled easily onto the wooden slats of the roof, curled her long tail about her legs, and lifted her gaze to the heavens. The stars were so beautiful. She wished she could look at them every night, but they rarely got the chance to leave the city, whose relentless lights blocked out the glow of the heavenly beacons.
Tonight would be enough, tonight would last her for a while. She would remember this for a while, but after some time, she would forget. The stars never seemed to change; the birth of new stars and the death of old were rare, and unpredictable. The sky never changed but, try as she might, remembering how it all looked was impossible. Milliana could watch one star, and remember its glow, but one was not enough. She needed the whole thing, hence her presence there, now. She had tonight, and tomorrow, and a few days more than that; then, it was back to the city, full of false light and false beauty.
No being could ever hope to replicate what sight nature provided its creatures with each night. Milliana was lucky to be able to see this, to live in a world where something so hauntingly beautiful could exist with no chance of ever becoming tainted. The soft glow of the stars reflected faintly off of her orb as she took in the universe with bright eyes.
Like I said: almost sad, but very beautiful.
