How she ended up with the frosted leaf around the back ankle: As a kit/pup, Willow went with her father to learn how to hunt. She was a natural. After catching a small vole, she looked around and couldn't find her father. After a few minutes of wandering, she had found him. Only this time, he had a frozen leaf in his mouth. "What's that?" the curious young fox had asked. "It's a one of a kind medal, for you, my great little warrior." he replied as smiled and bent down to tie the leaf around her back ankle.

around the back ankle: One freezing winter there was a kit being born. Sarah's father stood outside of the cave waiting for his child to be born. As he was about to barge in to go and see if the kit was born, the last leaf of the great oak fell on his head. He picked it up deciding to take it with him and grabbed a string making a little tail like braclet. He entered the den to his beautiful kit curled in a little ball. "Sarah." He whispered and had untied the bracelet from his tail and gave it to her. Ever since then shes worn it.
