I would name her Squisito if I were to win. It's Italian, and means delicious, exquisite, choice, and dainty. To help others not get confused or mispronounce her name, she likes to be called Exquisite. Exq (ESCK) for short.

What is her favorite thing to do?:
She works in a confectionary called Nom Nom. (A confectionary is a restaurant that isn't too fancy looking and more modern, but the food is high quality.) Most of her food looks very fancy and tastes delicious, because she was originally born in Italy. Her mother taught her how to bake, cook, etc. Her mom used to own a famous cafe.
Though her food may be delicious and Italian, she sells it all for low prices. Esq even sometimes gives her food away for free. Why? because it makes her feel good, knowing that she can give something to someone without them having to pay too much or pay at all.
