Why do you want her?: Because she's adorable. o.o I love the use of colors, they remind me of cotton candy.

Why she glows: Because when she was young she slipped into a pool of blue/pink acid but survived. However it transformed her into a type of mutant because she glows. (I'm so clever aren't I? )
