Very interesting! Since this is a sort of adoption center, I take it, perhaps you should 'hire' artists. They can make premades and make their set of rules to win it, as long as you approve. Perhaps you should raise the price of customs to uncommon so the cost of premades can be common. That is what I reccomend. If it helps, I can help with premades and customs; I'm good with designs.
