He is very confident and quite loud, always trotting about the place so everyone can see his beautiful markings. This young stally is a brilliant leader, as he doesn't mind taking charge of a situation and sorting things out. He takes everyone's opinion into account and is a good listener, but he does like to do things his way. Chance is intelligent and a good speaker, and he always knows the best way to negotiate a problem. The harder the challenge, the better!

Participating in friendships, sharing things with friends, and forming attachments to them.Canance loves to make friends. He is one of the frendliest equines you will ever meet, and just loves to have fun with all his mates. This handsome boy likes to tease his friends and play fight most of all, though he can sometimes get carried away and end up upsetting someone, he never does it out of meaness. He loves everyone in his herd, and he is actually quite selfless. Chance always shares everything he has, and he will always put other equids before himself. When they are upset, he knows exactly what to do to cheer them up, and he knows whether they would like to be left alone or not. He is sweet and gentle, and he knows when it is the right time to play and when it is the right time to be calm, but he does find it hard to calm himself down as Canace is very excitable.
HETEROSEXUALITY
Engaging in social activities with the opposite gender and being interested in related matters.You may think Chance would have loads of guy friends and no girl friends, but he actually has a lot of friends who are mares. He is such a boy, but he does sort of understand mares, at least enough to join in their conversations and have fun with them. Canance finds females interesting and almost a mystery, and he likes to get to know them more.

prologue ;
Go on, I dare you! the chestnut stallion encouraged the pair of avvises.
No, I don't think so... Canance backed up a few steps, nearly tripping over the fabric outfit that covered half of his body. His friend, Ghost, shook the other half of his costume off. They had paired up and come dressed ironically as a horse.
Yeah, I mean, it's not like we're scared or anything, but um- we just can't be bothered. Ghost told the stallion,
Chicken! taunted the others.
Fine! Chance shouldered past the crowd, making sure to flick them angrily with his wings and tail,
We'll go! he snorted and gestured with his tail for Ghost to follow.

story ;
Are you sure? his friend murmered through his clenched teeth,
C'mon, it can't be that bad. If we don't do it, it'll ruin my reputation! Chance made a fancy move, arching his neck and swishing his tail.
What reputation? laughed Ghost. Canance shoved Ghost playfully, then stopped, looking up at the gate. Suddenly, his eyes were wide with fear. The huge gate was locked with a padlock, and wedged slightly open so the thick chain was pulled tight, as if someone had already tried to get through but didn't succeed.
How can we get through? It's locked! Canance turned to his friend and flapped his wings,
Ooooh! Ghost chuckled nervously,
Of course!Chance landed softly on the other side of the rusted black gate, gently dropping his feet onto the soft, dark green grass as if not to wake the dead.
Calm down, Chance. You can do this... he encouraged himself in his head. Chance broke into a quiet trot, not botherine to wait for Ghost.
After about a minute or so of trotting, Chance came to a hill. It was scattered with moss-covered grave stones of every shape and size. None were lined up neatly, just like someone had shoved them wherever there was space. He didn't bother to read the graves, the quicker this was done the quicker they could get out.
Ghost... Chance turned his head. Nothing. Nothing at all. Ghost was gone. Nowhere in sight.
Ghost! He called as loud as he dared. The full moon was raised high up in the air, the moolight dancing on a nearby muddy puddle that lay underneath a tree, that was simply a black skeleton as all it's leaves seemed to of abandoned it.
Suddenly, Chance heard a swoop nearby.
Whoosh! He heard it again nearby. A black shadow crossed the sky. Canance ducked his head and folded his wings in surprise. He swished his tail over the strands of grass, preparing to fly as soon as it looked like something would hurt him. Chance's tail hit a grave stone and he whirled around to face it,
Oh... he realised that it was no danger. The young stallion realised it was probably best to keep moving.
All he could hear was the rhythmic
thump, thump, thump of his hooves on grass, and the quiet crackling of his tail feathers dragging across the dead leaves. Suddenly, a small, brown blob came into view. It looked familiar. Chance leapt into the air and soared over onto the next hill. As he got closer, he realised it was the other half of his costume! Ghost's half! The horse costume's eyes stared blankly into the sky. Chance followed them and stared up into the moon. He didn't notice the shadow sitting behind the tree.
Canance felt a presence behind him. Before he could turn and face it, something jumped on him. Chance squealed and rolled on his back to fight the thing off.
Ghost! he sighed, once realising that it was his friend all along. He got to his feet and rammed his head into his friend's side as punishment.
Hahahaha! You screamed like a little filly! Ghost laughed and fell onto his side, flapping his wings and kicking out with his feet to try and stop himself laughing, but his attempt was failing.
Urh- I'm going home. Chance felt quite embaressed, but he was used to Ghost's sence of humor. Chance burst out laughing,
C'mon, mate. Let's go. he picked up the costume and threw it at Ghost.
But what about the challenge? Forget it. he said,
It was stupid. If they want someone to do it, they can go do it themselves. Art:here <3his friend seems to have abandoned him in the graveyard, and the other half of their halloween costume xp
This piece of art goes with the art, and Ghost and the chestnut stallion are both just made up, so I don't actually own them. If I can, I will try and win another equus avis called Ghost :]
Oh, I just love this guy xp Thanks so much for the opertunity to get him as well!
