What are Scarf blobs?
Scarf Blobs (SB for short.) are strange, and small, fluffy creatures. They have no arms, and although they have feet, they can't be seen. Scarf Blobs must have a scarf, collar, or bandanna on, otherwise they'll freeze and die, no matter how warm it is. :c Their eyes are always black, and their ears are hole-like. Scarf Blobs can eat anything, and their scarfs are magically put on them at birth.

Rules.
★ Respect everyone on this thread-Don't insult anyone and no fighting.
★ Don't whine or beg about anything on this thread-If you don't get a scarf blob that you wanted, congratulate the winner. (Although most will be first come, first serve.)
★ Scarf Blobs are 100% free. If you see any artist charging pets, items, or anything for a scarf blob, report them to me and they will no longer be an artist, and will be banned from adopting for a month.
★ For now you can have as many SBs as you want.
★ No spamming the thread up.
★ No stealing someone else's Scarf Blob. If you do, you will be banned from adopting, probably reported for art theft, and all your owned SBs (If any.) will be put up for re-adoption.
★ Take good care of your scarf blob(s)! If you no longer want yours, tell the artist who made it, and it will be put up for re-adoption. If you neglect yours, it will be put up or re-adoption, probably without warning.
★ You cannot adopt a scarf blob if you are on the artist who made it's foes list.
★ Only one SB per batch-If adopted on it's own...Well, that dosen't apply. xD

I hope I don't have to use it. You will get a warning if you break one of the rules above. You may get more than one, depending on how 'important' the rule is. This works on a five-strikes-and-you're-out base.

Guest artists..Are guest artists. They can make Scarf blobs, but it's not permanently-Guest artists have 4 weeks to put as many SB batches up for adoption as they want-But, atleast 2. You may become a permanent artist if you seem a good scarf-blbo designer, so put effort into them!

If you are not an artist/guest artist, and find you can colour it in, don't make a batch-Just one Scarf Blob for yourself.
