This wolf has an..... interesting side to it. Complete insanity is its world of play, and few dare to go near for fear of its leer. An odd green glow comes from those strange paw prints and blood stained paws, and it has a highly unusual tail like a snakes.
Congrats ~Soundwave for winning Larkspur!

Why do you want/like it:
I really like his physical appearance. His tail especially really attracted me to him. I love his neon markings and his tongue too.I think my favorite part of his body is his tongue. I want him because I don't have any real halloween/creepy characters, because I never found one that I liked before. This one, however, really spoke to me.
Name:
Larkspur
Gender:
Male
History:
"Sometimes..... we can't choose what happens to us.... sometimes we let out lives get dictated to us from someone else...."
Larkspur swallowed hard, breathing ragged as he examined the room he was in. Bodies littered the floor like candy wrappers on halloween, all killed by one canine. Larkspur smirked cruelly, licking his lips with his long, spindly tongue, his tail thrashing about in anxiety. It wouldn't be long before the doctors' orders for reinforcements were answered, and Larkspur needed to get out of the lab immediately. Shaking his body like an animal, Larkspur leapt onto the examination table he had spent the last six months on and surveyed his surroundings.
The room had various metal desks scattered about, bodies laying on top of them and blood making it difficult to decipher anything. Larkspur's gaze turned skyward and his eyes locked onto an observation room. It was completely abandoned, and the fluorescent lights were flickering. Baring his teeth, Larkspur leapt from the table, to a desk, and broke through the window. Glass embedded itself into the greasy fur and Larkspur hissed in pain, tongue flickering in aggravation. The sound of an alarm reached the sharp, canine ears. He needed to escape! He needed to get out!
Leaping off of the control panel he had been standing on, Larkspur broke through the door and began bounding down the halls. Not even the government agents would keep him. He wouldn't let them! Breath coming out in deep, heavy gasps, Larkspur's paws slid across the polished hallway, body gaining momentum with each step. A loud yell signaled the first of many squadrons to come. Letting out a hellish shriek, Larkspur raced towards the armed guards, tail lashing about, preparing to grab any that dared to come from behind.
Guns began firing in an instant. Larkspur's narrow body allowed himself to dodge the bullets with ease. Within seconds, he was upon the soldiers. Fangs bared, Larkspur ripped at the men. Bodies were falling to the ground, dropping like flies. Larkspur let out a sickening howl as he killed the last of the first group. Tensing his muscles, Larkspur sprinted down another hallway, getting closer to the exit. His maw was dripping blood, and the various tendrils of his tail were flexing and unflexing in a battle lust.
The large door to the entrance of the testing facility gleamed in titanium a half mile away from Larkspur, the only thing between him and freedom were the legion of soldiers, armed and dangerous. Larkspur let out a warning snarl. The soldiers took aim and began firing. Bullets ripped at black, neon-dyed fur. Larkspur leapt upon the first man and tore him to shreds, the second and third fell in much the same manner. Grabbing a soldier by the gun, Larkspur sent him flying with a quick jerk of his head. He then began charging through the mass. Lights were flashing red and the door to the forest was closing. Ten soldiers leapt on Larkspur and tried to pin him down, but the wolf kept running, blind with rage and desperation.
Seconds before the door closed, Larkspur leapt through the opening, knocking all but one of the soldiers off of him. Said soldier withdrew a knife and dug it into Larkspur's shoulder. The wolf howled in pain before shoving the body against the electric fence that surrounded the facility. As the brunt of the shock was focused on the dead body, Larkspur tore through the fence escaped into the forest.
Personality:
Larkspur is a soul that was used and abused. He hides his misery and pain behind a sadistic smile, insanity, and a cruel temper. Larkspur is bitter to most and sarcastic to all. He doesn't love anyone, himself included, and he often tries to come up with creative ways to commit suicide. Larkspur's immortality makes it impossible.
The only time Larkspur's sadistic insanity gives way seems to be when he is in the presence of rain water. During this time, some of the chemicals in Larkspur's toxic brain seem to calm down, and Larkspur returns to his sane self. While in the presence of rain, Larkspur becomes quiet, gentle, and fearful.
Larkspur is an excellent ally to have when in situations of extreme pressure or in a fight. His insanity aides in his quick thinking, and his frame makes for very versatile fighting. Larkspur is just as good planning an attack as he is rushing headlong into battle.
How will you use it: I will definitely use him as a character! Stories will be written with him either as the main character, or a supporting role!
Any modifications to them: No thanks. I love him just the way he is.
Other: A poem!
I let you string me up,
and become your own play toy
For you, I gave my liberty
And you, you gave me joy
Soon the tide began to change
You used, abused me,
Now I wonder why I,
I gave up being free
You pull my strings,
Put on a play
of my humiliation
Now on display
