Do you see where it says large and format? Change that to medium or small, and that will be the image size. To get the link right click your character and copy the address bar.

Oh, and you see how the is no background behind your character? To do that you have to make sure the layer before everything else (ex. Lines, Color) is removed. This will make the background black and grey checkered. Save the image, and then there is another word in the link you have to change.

Towards the end it says auto&rev. Change auto to png. Then the background is transparent. Remember, that only will work when layer one is removed.
